Napoli's Brick Oven Pizza & Restaurant

This place is awesome. I order from here almost once a week and I have never been disappointed. They have great pizza and I think it is the best in Hoboken. Delivery is always on time and my order has always been correct. I highly recommend!

food was delicious but delivery service was terrible. I ordered at 730 pm and the food didnt arrive until almost 930 . i called the restaurant several times to see what the status of the food was. each time they could tell me nothing more than that the food was on the way. I will eat here again because they have great food but i will NEVER EVER order for delivery......

Pizza is always tasty but it's been becoming soggy on delivery. I asked for pep, sausage & mushroom toppings (mushrooms release water) and special asked in comments for extra time in oven to make crust crispy. Instead, doughy crust and watery pie which I am toasting in oven now to dry-up. I prefer Napolis over any other za in town, but it's getting sloppy.

Napoli's Brick Oven Pizza is by far one of the best pizzerias in Hoboken; they offer a wide array of pizzas, dishes, and sides that are all equally delicious. It is absolutely fantastic that they also offer a wide range of gluten free meals and pizzas which allow for my fiance and I to order from. Having a fiance on a gluten free diet makes finding a pizzeria that we can order from few and far between. I'm so glad that not only does Napoli's offer these meals, but that they hip enough to offer their menu on Seamless, this is truly a game changer. Thanks Seamless & Napoli's, and keep the specialty pizza's coming our way!

Undercooked sauce on pizza; tasted like tomato paste out of a can. Chicken parm was overcooked and tasted like a burnt piece if toast.

wow, I see all the negative reviews on here and I'm amazed. I've always had consistently excellent service and excellent food from Napolis. The ingredients are always fresh. The mozz is fresh and yes they use less of it, but it's the right amount for this style of pizza. Napolis is my first choice in Hoboken pizza.

This place sucks. We ordered buffalo shrimp as an appetizer, but for some reason they put it as a topping on our pizza (even though shrimp isn't even a topping choice). It also took over an hour for them to deliver and our food was cold by the time we got it.

pizza is pretty good, but honestly the delivery time really hurts my rating for this place. expect to routinely wait over an hour for the pizza to come. worst part is that when it's cold, it's just not that good. so could be very good if you get it quick, but (like tonite) if you have to wait over 1 hour and 15 mins, it's obviously not that tasty.

It took 75 minutes for our food to arrive, and the order was wrong. I ordered a white pizza and received a regular pie. I will not be ordering again.

Pizza was horrible, will not order from here again. Ordered the original pizza, absolutely no flavor, under seasoned, and the cheese was burnt. With all the other pizza places in Hoboken this one will not be hard to avoid.

Lacking in any kind of fresh taste. Order came over an hour and a half after I ordered when the delivery time said 35-50 minutes. Called the restaurant several times and was told fifteen more minutes. It was another 30 minutes. Nothing was prepared as I ordered it. Things were not even prepared as the description described the dishes. If they can't handle so many orders, they shouldn't be on the delivery websites or they should hire more staff.
