The idlies from navaratna are always STALE. I am from chennai and we never use old idli batter to make idlis but they are always making idlis from old idli batter. The rotis are not cooked properly. I even called the restaurant and complained but they didn't take notice.

My sweetie is, shall we say, a meatitarian, so we don't order from Navaratna very often. Our loss. I have yet to find a dish I didn't like. Their dosas are to die for. I also appreciate the extra ginger in the palak paneer. The dal makhini is another favorite. I've never had a problem with their delivery, it's usually on time or a little early and the people bringing the food have all been courteous and friendly.

HORRIBLE experience! After 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting the restaurant informed me they had delivered my food to the wrong address and intended to pick it back up and redeliver the SAME food to me! Absurd!!! When I said that was unacceptable they gave me trouble in getting a refund and I had to deal with Seamless directly. Previous experience was also that they were always exceptionally late to deliver food. Do yourself a favor and AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
