New Venus Restaurant

Revamping my rating.... the actual taste of the food was ok. Speed was great, had my food in 15 mins. The size? I have been ordering from the Venus for at least 8 years, and the portions have really decreased. I ordered a tuna melt on a pita, usually it's thick enough that i can save 1/2 for the next day... this came like a pizza! It was literally like, spread out thin tuna, and slices of cheese. If I remember correctly there used to be a tomato on it too, but I don't remember if I used to request it extra. Also, the tuna melt was cold - gross. The mozz sticks came cold, too. Only thing hot was the tomato sauce, so everything went back into the toaster oven. I called the restaurant and they offered to redeliver, but I'm not trying to get free food - I just want it right the first time as I normally expect. Maybe it was an off day. I'll order again, and be happy to rewrite my review if everything is up to par again.

I ordered a veggie burger, fries and carrot cake. The veggie burger was huge and was especially good - lots of great vegetables and loaded with flavor. The fries were fine (standard stuff), but the carrot cake is where New Venus really needs to improve. The frosting had an odd, unpleasant taste and the cake was stale. Delivery was quick and without problems. ***/*****

I order from New Venus around 3 times a week and they ALWAYS forget dipping sauce even when I make an extra note for them to include it. What am I supposed to do with chicken tenders sans dipping sauce?? Get your act together, people

This was the first time I have ever ordered from here and I was very impressed by how quickly the food got to me, and by how much food I got! the serving was huge and the taste was perfect. This is by far the best restaurant on Seamless that I have tried...

i like this place - great for late-night cravings, good menu and food tastes good but the delivery takes awhile. I wonder if they know that you can change the displayed estimated delivery time? I think that would save them some trouble with customers....

The "chocolate cake" wasn't chocolate but vanilla with chocolate icing, and came rancid with spots of mold on it. Don't ever order from this gross place.

I would never, ever, ever order from here again. The food was beyond terrible, took forever to get to my house (50 minutes), and I threw most of it away. Their descriptions are horrible, and most of the food was meant for side orders.

100% awful. I ordered a grilled cheese with american cheese and got cheddar. My friend got chicken tenders that were so weird tasting she couldn't eat them. We're heading out for a slice of pizza, that was totally inedible.
