love this place. well priced. their pho is very tasty and you get a lot of it. also really enjoy the vietnamese coffee. very good service and delivery.

The pork chop sandwich is terrific, but the speed and service of this place is horrendous. I have gone to this restuarant in person in the past and the service there is insufferable.

Nicky's sandwiches are incredible! I am addicted to the banh mi. Try the Pork Chop, chicken or even the classic Vietnamese sandwiches. You will NOT be sorry.

Food is decent but delivery is horrendously slow and inefficient. Took an hour and 45 mins to get a sandwich and drink over - I'm less than 10 mins away!!

Food is good, although chicken pho is served in untraditional manner with a 'normal' chicken breast sliced up. Beef pho has decent amount of meat, but is split between what looks to be quality rare roast beef and sketchy, brown fatty meat. Despite that, it's pretty delicious. However, the delivery times and consistency is absolutely terrible. Constantly takes an hour and a half, have to call to follow-up. Often times, orders are delivered missing one or more entrees, requiring even further waiting times. It's not unusual to order your meal at 12, and not get the complete order until 2:45 or so.

I got the pho with extra sauce - seriously hit the spot. The food was amazing and also was delivered really quickly especially for a cold Wednesday night at rush hour (got to me in less than 35 minutes). The soup was still fresh and hot, and it didn't even feel like take out. For drinks - I got the lychee iced drink. A little pricey but actually surprisingly tasty. Wasn't too sweet and very refreshing especially paired with the pho. Also arrived nice and cold.

food is good but delivery estimates are consistently way off. currently waiting on food from an hour and a half ago, when I called 15 minutes ago they told me it was "almost here." never worth the wait.

The BEST bahn mi that I've had outside of Seattle. Delivery takes a while but (a) worth it.; and (b) never has taken longer than the 45-60 minutes that they advertise on the website. I simply cannot rave about them enough.
