Olde Brooklyn Bagel Shoppe

The food is good (not great, but not bad), but I ordered an omelette which was supposed to come with my choice of bread. I chose a bagel and they forgot to include it!

Ordered breakfast on a Saturday morning. Took over an hour to get here and everything was barely lukewarm. Update: I've since been ordering from these guys frequently, but just for bagels. The bagels are great and are always still hot when they get to me.

If you live in Prospect Heights or Park Slope... just go pick up your food. If you order online for delivery, they will screw up your order EVERY time. This is the third time they have screwed up my order... so three strikes... I'm out.

This place has the dopest bagel sandwiches; they're amazing. That Flatbush ave is my jam, and they're filling. I was so excited when they appeared on here I ordered three for lunch dinner and lunch the next day. They may disregard your choice of bagel bread but don't fret, it's gonna be delicious.

horrible service. food took 1.5 hours when the estimate was 30 min. When i called the manager claimed the order had been sent out when it hadn't. Arrived cold. not particulary good food anyway. better bagels in the area. avoid

Based on some reviews, it looks like the Olde Brooklyn Bagel Shoppe had trouble adapting to Seamless Web. They've gotten the hang of it, I have never waited two hours for my bagel. Half an hour max. The Bagel sandwiches are fresh and plump. The omelets are in full bloom. I've had great experiences with the staff being accommodating to special requests. The best place to have breakfast delivered in Prospect Heights.

We waited 2 hours for our bagels to arrive. I called the restaurant and they told us they had canceled seamless orders, which doesn't make sense since I received a confirmation email. I will never order from this place again, and highly recommend ordering from anywhere else if you want your food to actually arrive.

Order 2 Bagel Sandwhiches. I cancelled after 1 hour. Then ordered pizza from another place. My pizza still arrived before the bagel delivery guy came. Horrible service.
