Panda Wok's food is unexceptional Americanized Chinese Food, no better or worse than many other area restaurants. What earns them a low rating is their horrible delivery service. I live in an apartment with a call box on the front door which visitors are supposed to use to be allowed to get into the building. Their driver refused to use this, insisting over the phone that I give him my security code! He refused to read the clearly posted instructions, would not listen to my attempts to explain to him what needed to be done, and gave me an attitude when I refused to give him my access code. Finally, he called back to the restaurant, who called me, and I explained the situation to the management. 15 seconds later, he used the call box. Rude and Incompetent.
