Panini & Co.

After a 40 minute wait I called Panini & Co. and they informed me the delivery guy's on his way... only to wait another 1.5 hours. Long story short, I never got my food and I don't intend to order from here ever again.

It was good but I ordered extra croutons and did not receive them. Also, the grilled chicken was not the best quality. I like the food from the Panini & Co located @Beekman instead.

Wow, no deli or coffee shop has made me a great cup of coffee in a very long time. I am always happy with my food choices at Panini but the coffee was exactly as I requested it and then some! Keep up the good work guys!

Created my own panini...haha, what a joke. Pros: It wasn't vile. It was delivered in the time range. Cons: Not ordering again. The "house bread" is a hero - not, ya know, panini bread. There is no option for lettuce/free veggies for the panini, there are no dressing/sauce options other than 6ish weird spreads. No ranch dressing, no caesar. It's not a panini, it's a toasted hero - with few options to "Create your own"

Terrible. Ordered a "mixed berry cup" and i received a cup with 1 strawberry cut in half on top of melon. Additionally, I ordered a diet snapple and was delivered a regular snapple. Lastly, my panini had chicken in it, which i did not order. Everything was wrong. Would never order from here again.

I was craving a PB&J sandwich and Paninni & Co. was the only place that had them in my work area. Unfortunately, the bread options sucked (no sliced white bread?) so I ordered it on a raisin bagel. Not bad! It arrived in time. :)

I ordered a shrimp dish and as usual they didn't have shrimp! I put a instruction for delivery and They went to the wrong address again. when i called to find out, they were very rude and decided not to come to the right address. Most unprofessional service I've ever seen. I'll never order from panini again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is some thing called Vegetarian Panini, which apparently this restaurant has never heard of. Make your own panini doesn't even have an option to not put in some meat.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! They were 1 hour late. When i called they said they hadn't received my order even though i had a seamless confirmation. The lady said she would call me back and never did. They messed up my order and the best part they ended up coming back and bringing my order again and it was still messed up the second time. This place is horrible. The food taste old. They should just not deliver food.

Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and the smokehouse burger. Both were very dry. Didn't seem to have any ketchup/mayo on them. Overall dissatisfied.

Disappointed and won't order from here again. It was late - not by much and not a big deal. But I paid $2 for strawberries on my french toast and I got a strawberry. One. They mixed the food in my order into one plate so I had to separate it. I don't expect perfect every time but if you cannot deliver what I ordered on time and in a way I can eat it, don't bother.
