I've never written a review on Seamless before, and I rarely write reviews in general but I really just had the most unbelievable experience with this place. The background story is that I've been at home for 5 days incredibly ill and thus been ordering in a lot. I had eaten at Park Cafe in the past and always enjoyed it, thinking it was a cut above the standard dinner. One of those reasons is that they serve fresh squeezed orange juice. Today I ordered two soups and two fresh squeezed orange juice (there is an option for regular orange juice on the menu as well) and they sent two full on "from concentrate" orange juices (they honestly weren't even as good as a generic tropicana). I figured it must have been a mistake so I called them to let them know and I was immediately berated by the man who answered the phone. He was yelling at me to "speak up" (I have pneumonia so my volume only goes so high) and he wouldn't listen to me and started screaming at me "you only ordered one!!!! so we sent only one! We sent what you ordered!!" When I finally had him calmed down enough to actually listen to what I was saying, and that I was not arguing with the quantity of what he had sent he told me to "come in here and look at the package they order the juice in, it says "fresh squeezed!!!"" At this point I honestly don't care that much about the 10 dollars, nor would I have made them redeliver since it seems clear they don't actually have fresh squeezed orange juice (which is fine, just take it off the menu -- I wouldn't have ordered the regular orange juice anyway and had I not known they used to actually have fresh squeezed orange juice they squeezed on site I probably wouldn't have taken the risk) or even refund my card, though that would have been the right thing for them to do. But the way I was treated was absolutely disgusting and as a business owner myself I am floored that people think it's ok to operate in that way. Shame.
