The food came quickly, however the mac & cheese that is normally very good at the restaurant was instead quite mediocre.

Love this place. Fried food isn't totally designed for travel, so eat it right when it arrives or plan on popping it in the oven to re-crisp it a bit. I usually get the macaroni and cheese or the beef stew, both of which travel well and are super delicious. Perfect for those cold or rainy days when you want some comfort food.

I just ordered food from this restaurant for delivery. When I opened the bag I found that I had been given the wrong order. The delivery guy had already left my apt. I telephoned to ask if I could be given the correct order and a very uninterested employee answered the phone. He said he would call me back in just a few minutes when the delivery guy returned. 15 minutes later and no call back, I called again. I was told in the same indifferent manner that he had written my number down incorrectly and that the delivery guy was really angry and on his way back to my apt with the correct order!!!! Obviously, I now looked forward to the arrival of an angry delivery man carrying my food. I asked why he was angry and was told that it was because he had to come back again..... I found this really unprofessional and concerning (I don't need angry people calling at my apt in the evening carrying food that I eat..). The food did arrive and was more or less disgusting. Safe to say, I will never use the ChipShop again. Customer Service and Anger Management training clearly needed.......!!!!!

The food came fairly quickly, but it was terrible. Everything was extremely greasy and flavorless. I got the classic cod and chips. I was sorely disappointed.
