Terrible delivery and manager service overwhelms the pretty good food. Orders frequently take over 90 minutes to arrive. Frequent turn over in drivers that do not know LA at all. Drivers don't even know major roads so there is almost no way to direct them to your location nor do they have maps or GPS. Management will call you to ask for directions (in order to relay to drivers) even though having ordered from them 15+ times. I even give turn by turn directions in my order online from their restaurant to my front door and they still cannot follow that. If you don't live within 1-3 blocks from this place, they will get lost and your food will arrive late and cold.

The food is good but the delivery is difficult. I ordered a side of sauce and they didn't include it or write or call to tell me what happened. So I called them and the only explanation they had was that they didn't charge me for the sauce. I don't care about the money, I want what I ordered. Well, they can't deliver the sauce to me because I'm too far away. I'll never order from these idiots again.

The food was alright, but the service was awful! A lady from the restaurant called me and kept asking me if there was parking at my place. And when I told her, yes, no problem, plenty of parking, she got an attitude with me and said, "Are you sure? Because we have a lot of deliveries and can't be dealing with places without parking spaces." Really lady? I just told her 4 times we have plenty of parking and she thinks she can get an attitude with me? And then it took them nearly and hour and a half to get the food to me. I don't think I will be ordering from them again.

The food is awesome, but the waiting is not! This is the second time I have used this service, and the wait is always more than 90 minutes, even though I get an e-mail saying 45-60 minute wait. This isn't acceptable. I won't be back.

The sandwich was ok. Really thin moist roll will some meat and veggies. The meat was good. The cake was yummy.
