The food is great but they PERPETUALLY, ALMOST ALWAYS get the order WRONG!! It has happened the last 5 out of 5 times I have ordered! I don't understand which part of "no rice please" is not understood. The interesting thing is that they mostly tag the correct instructions on the food but the contents are never what you ordered. It happened the previous 4 times and I stopped ordering from them...I don't like white rice which is half the food so I end throwing it out. I ordered a plate of chicken shwarma today hoping there has been some improvements but nope! The person who prepared the meal labeled "no salad", tabouli salad (as a substitute). My order was no rice, replace with tabouli salad. It should have been chicken, tabouli salad and garden salad (if tabouli was not available then garden salad). What did I get? Tons of rice and garden salad!
