Pizza was the best I've had in my neighborhood (PP South). Surprised they delivered a hot pizza and in less time than what was estimated. They even cooked the pizza well done as we asked. My sausage half didn't spill over to the vegetarian (wife's) side. Can't complain about anything really.

Delicious, always on time and great customer service! We order their food at least once every two weeks and are always satisfied. Highly recommend it if you're wanting a nice slice of pizza, calzone or their appetizers. I love their broccoli rolls!

Food is inconsistent. Sometimes it's awesome, other times, ehhh not so much. Although generally, their gluten free pizzas are more flavorful than most and they're not as dry. They always accommodate my requests to have any personal sized pizza with a gluten free crust with an additional $2 fee paid to the delivery guy which I like. Last time I ordered I was so terrified by the big guy with the loud deep voice, that I stopped ordering for a while. I opened the door and he spat, "Thanks for donating to the child support fund!" threw me my pizza and darted down the stairs. I wasn't sure if he was trying to be funny or insult my tip, but was turned off from his attitude. If you get him you'll understand, so just be prepared. Tonight, very different story! I had quite a handsome delivery man! ;) yummy!

The food is great, and it's one of the only places around that makes gluten-free pizza, but the russian delivery man got very aggressive towards us because he felt he was delivering too far away. Which was completely weird and inappropriate. If you don't want to deliver to us, don't accept the order! Don't get all aggressive towards customers who order from this place at least once a week! But yeah! The pizza is good, as is the Italian food. And we order from here often. Just watch out for that one really aggressive delivery guy.

I had the gluten free pizza with spinach and broccoli - and it was amazing! The topping portions were massive. I would highly recommend it!

This has been a standby reliable neighborhood place for decades so I was very disappointed when an hour after I placed my order the food had not arrived. When I called, I was told no one answered the door, but none of us heard it ring and no one called to see why we were allegedly not answering. Pino's said they would send the driver back out and 40 minutes later when we called again he had 'just left'. When I expressed my surprise that nearly 2 hours after I ordered the food the driver was just leaving, the owner said it was my fault the order was late and to forget it, he was calling the driver and canceling the order. Then he hung up on me. Two stars for past reliable service but never again. As other reviewers have noted, they seem to have over extended their delivery area and are not managing it successfully. Too much money and too much hassle.

This pizza is terrible. There was this whole wheat crust on the veggie pizza that tasted like cardboard. No cheese. Worst pizza I have had in NY

We ordered a pan pizza w/ mushrooms, peppers, and garlic and it was covered in lukewarm canned mushrooms. Why charge $25 for a pizza if you are using canned ingredients? Lettuce in the caesar salad was wilted. Overall, ick.

So good! And they deliver so late. Sauce tastes like tomatoes. Wings are meaty. Solid pizza.

Skimpy on the cheese - I've had like, multiple pizzas now with almost no cheese on them. The sicilian crust is good but c'mon this is pizza, not bread and tomatoes.
