Usually pretty decent, but DO NOT order their chicken lettuce wraps. Absolutely inedible.

We normally eat in at Pinto and enjoy it. Tried a take out today but it was poor. Chicken in appetizer was long over cooked and dry. Entree of Thai Green Curry was disappointing too because it was shockingly cheap poor quality chicken. At $45 for a take out for two this was poor.

Delivery: fast and consistent Food: Favorite is PCU noodles. Pad thai is really good as well.

Fantastic food - the lunch special is the best bang for your buck in the west village. I love the pad thai (not for everyone, it has a barbecue-like tang), the crab salad, the lamb massaman, the beef salad, the papaya saiad, the crab fried rice ....really the only dish I don't like is one of their superhealthy (healthy, shmealthy!) salmon dishes and one of the steak dishes, which is weirdly tough and overcooked. The delivery people are incredibly gracious - they are such a class act that I make sure to tip them more than the automatic seamless tip.

We ordered $67 worth of food from Pinto two days ago, It used to be an excellent place for delivery. However this time the appetizers, all supposed to be hot, arrived cold in clear plastic cheap, hard to handle,un heatable containers. Then the main dishes arrived room temperature in smaller portions than usual, and one tiny container of rice. The deliveryman was the same nice man we'd always had, but the contents of the bag were a huge disappointment. Pinto used to be state-of-the-art in food quality, presentation and service. They are clearly trying to save money, hence the cheap containers and smaller portions, even the sauce containers where only half full. I really hope they pay attention to the Seamless Web reviews and go back from whence they came: Doing things well.

I've ordered from here several times and have always gotten quick delivery. I usually get the Basil Beef and it always arrives hot. Prices are very reasonable.

Pros: Food came quickly and hot Cons: 1) 4$ extra for "crispy" pad thai....and there was nothing "crispy" about it. It felt like I was eating regular Pad Thai. It wasn't even all that good either. Plus there was no lime (which might be just a preference, but I think all Pad Thai should come with a slice). 2) The Potato fries were good....but the sauce came in a thimble size container and I quickly ran out of it before the fries were done. (Not worth 5$). I will not be ordering from here again.
