I love Potbelly, but I would steer clear of ordering. They take WAY longer than their estimate says with absolutely no apology. When you call, they just keep saying it's on the way. Or that it hasn't even been made yet but will be "soon". Not acceptable.

Very slow delivery. 70 minutes on a maximum time of 45 minutes. Sandwiches are good. a step up from Subway.
