I like the food at this restaurant, and I was really excited (and hungry) for a thin sliced Turkey sandwich on a Friday at noontime. Unfortunately, they didn't even know that I ordered a pickup until I showed up at the pickup counter. They didn't ask me if I needed help when i showed up at the takeout line. I had to go to the regular line ( which was packed) and tell them that I was waiting for a pickup. Only then did they proceed to make my sandwich and give it to me. I suggest not to order pickup, instead get in line and just suck it up. You'll probably have to do it anyways if you do order for pickup.

They often refuse to deliver to us even though they are listed as available for delivery and are only a few blocks away. I called them to ask about this policy and they said they tell people they don't deliver when they're too busy. Today, we decided to place a pickup order because they said they are so busy they won't delivery for two hours. When we got there, the place was EMPTY. They also tried to make us pay for our already paid for seamless order and then when we finally got back with our food, it was missing 2 items! Won't be ordering from here again.

The sandwiches/salads are ALWAYS amazing. ALWAYS! The delivery time was awful. Its much easier to phone in your order and pick it up. The food is worth the walk for sure!
