Not even sure why I ordered from here for a delivery again. Once their delivery guy couldn't find my building (3 blocks away) for over an hour and when we sent the cold food back the manager tried to charge the credit card anyway. When I ordered from them again last week they took over an hour to bring a lasagna meal (they're a block away from my office and never that busy). To make things better, the delivery guy couldn't find my office even though I wrote detailed directions including building name & office name just in case he missed the large sign out front. Of course he called me twice asking me to come out to pick up my food even though he was standing in front of my building. For that I might as well have taken the 2 minute walk to the place and gotten it myself. There food is great, but by all means please order it for pick-up because their "delivery" will make you want to play in traffic on Queens Boulevard.

Ordered from here 3 or 4 times, all different things. I haven't had a bad dish yet. If you are going to order the garlic bread, you might have to pop it in the oven for a few minutes to get it crispy but it's good.

ordered from here and, like others, they called and said the delivery distance was too far. the reason so many people have this problem is because on seamless, they are listed to be on Queens blvd. btwn 76th rd and 76th ave. In reality, they are on 67th street. I let the guy at primmadonna know this and he said I was the one who was wrong. He barely spoke English anyway. Beware when ordering from here

I ordered from Primadonna last night, after reading the reviews, and it did not disappoint. I had the Veal Primadonna, which is veal and eggplant parm with ricotta cheese. It was DELICIOUS! I think I've found my new go-to spot for Italian. Am seriously considering ordering again tonight...

Food is so-so, ordered from them from time to time ... but then one day I placed an order, only to be called an over an hour later and told that there was a mistake and they don't actually deliver to my address (even though it still showed up as an option on my seamless account, and even though I had previously ordered from them before!).

Delivery in the time frame as promised, and tasted quite fresh and delicious... Primadonna does really nicely with the food, and so happy to have them in the neighborhood. They'll continue to be our go-to place for Italian around here.

I placed my order online and within 15 minutes I got a message from the restaurant saying that my order was canceled because the distance is too far. This restaurant should not advertise delivery for my area if they will not follow through and deliver. This is a horrible experience being a first time customer on seamlessweb.
