Pronto Pizza (SF)

called me 40 minutes after i ordered saying i didnt meet their minimum, even though they put in the wrong value in seamless. Terrible service.

The delivery window was 30-45min, after waiting for an hour I called them, they said someone would be here any second...20 minutes later the guy showed up. I was annoyed, but was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt if the food was good. I asked for ranch instead of marinara sauce with my poppers...got marinara (with jalapeño poppers?? Gross). My poppers and pizza were cold. I had to microwave both before eating. After that, the food is just ok. I won't order from here again, that's for sure.

Took 2 hours to deliver the pizza. Special directions were not taken into consideration (I asked for a side of ranch). Terrible experience.

Pronto truly is the San Francisco Pizza for all seasons. Open way late, always fast, and always really good.

I have ordered from Pronto for the past 2 years and never had an issue until today. For some reason the delivery person refused to come into our building to deliver our pizzas - a building they have had no trouble delivering to in the past - claiming "no one was there." It's two floors of a seven floor office building with over 80 employees...there were people here. Forty-five minutes later they drove the pizzas back and made us come down stairs to pick up the pizzas from the sidewalk. That is NOT delivery! If having to come outside is a new "feature" for their "delivery service", it should be noted during the order. Regardless of the contact person not being available by phone, the building was completely accessible if they would have bothered to walk inside. We are very disappointed as all of the employees liked Pronto Pizza above all others in the area.
