Service was really bad. Estimated Delivery was 30-45 minutes. After 1:15 the food still hadn't arrived, so I called the place. The person I spoke to was very rude and brusk and claimed they couldn't even find the order. During the phone call, the food actually did arrive. Once I told this to the person on the phone, they simply hung up on me -- no apologies for being 30 minutes late, no apologies for saying they couldn't even find the order. Shoot, not even a "have a nice day" Food was mediocre. The rotten service and late delivery did not make up for it.

I love Pumpernickel. The delivery is always fast and friendly. Sometimes it's so fast I wonder if they have ESP and know what I've ordered before I click submit. Sandwiches are very good. Plus their egg salad is fresh. You can't order egg salad from just anyone, you know. Two thumbs up for Pumpernickel!

Solid solid deli. Just ordered from there on a whim b/c german deli's (pumperknickel) tend to be OK. The sandwich was a tad light on the meat, but the bread was excellent and everything was fresh. Quick delivery as well.
