Punta Cana Coffee Shop

Pretty good stuff here; cheap, but well-prepared. The French toast and pancakes are satisfying and ample. The coffee with cream and sugar is no-frills but totally what you want in the late morning on a Saturday. I like how many options they give for egg sandwiches. From a broader perspective the menu is hit-and-miss. They clearly have their specialties, and you have to poke around to find what they do best. When it's good, it quashes hunger with glee and ease. When it's not so good, it just sort of sits there on a paper plate and stares at you.

ordered waffles and and and egg sandwich. received roast pork, rice and beans. annoying but surprisingly delicious. this restaurant needs a working phone and employees that pay attention to orders.

This is what I get for ordering from a place with delivery complaints... The delivery guy rang the bell, I buzzed him into the lobby (there is a camera so I know he came into the lobby), and I waited by the door for 10 minutes and he never showed up. I looked at my phone and it turns out he called 3 times WHILE I WAS WAITING AT THE DOOR. When I called him back, he said he had already left and refused to deliver the food. WHAT?! I saw you come into the lobby!!! Called the restaurant, but their number is out of service.

Order was completely wrong. Asked for waffles and got pancakes....asked for a breakfast sandwich and got....well....I don't know what this thing is. Also gave special instructions to call instead of ringing the door bell since I didn't want to wake everyone up.....but guess what.....RIIIIIIIIING!!! Their delivery guy did it anyway, shrugged his shoulders and said I forgot my cell phone. When I called back to complain, the phone got passed around several times then finally I spoke to some lady who basically told me they didn't have what i ordered so they just gave me what they thought might work. Boooo! Never ordering from here again.

We ordered eggs from this place on Saturday. It took over 1 1/2 hours to be delivered. When we did finally get the food, it was not even complete! Both of us ordered the omlette with potatoes, cheese and bacon. There were no potatoes, or bacon at all! Every time I called (both to find out about delivery and let them know our food was not right) they were not very friendly. The guy (Eric) kept saying they were too busy. He did however say that he would refund the money. He did not do so, and when I called on Monday to follow up, he refused. This place sucks, use other places!!

I have been a regular customer of their's for a while now - the way the gentleman handled my order today when it was over an HOUR LATE was ridiculous... he even tried to tell me that I cancelled the order - how is that possible when my order was pre-paid? Anyway, seamless web is crediting my account and confirmed that I never cancelled my order... RIDICULOUS!

the delivery is speedy and the breakfast is scrumptious! appreciated the options to get creative with my egg sandwiches (egg whites, swiss, and a bunch of vegetables!). highly recommend this restaurant

Excellent value, breakfast for 2 for under $20 is great! We have had some issues of orders not being confirmed by the restaurant and then we have to cancel because the order would not be received in time, but the orange juice is awesome, and we usually get our order way before the scheduled delivery time (which is a nice thing in the morning!)

I love this place! This is my second time ordering from there and it is just great! The order came in 30 mins! And no items were missing!!! I called to modified my orders and everything came as requested! Last but not least, the food quality is great.... I am a really picky customer and I give a 5 stars rating for this one!!!!

mangu is bangin!!!!!! delivered in 30 mins eggs were cooked like I requested and they were still hot. french toast wasnt soggy. amazing !
