Purity Restaurant

Great experience ordering brunch. They called to clarify something as mundane as my coffee order and the food arrived hot. Very polite on the phone and the delivery man was very polite too. As I said before, the food was hot and tasted great. I have found my go to brunch place for take out in Brooklyn. Thanks Purity!

Will not be ordering from them again. Nearly 2 hour delivery time. Called after an hour of waiting, and was told the food was on the way out the door. The food was cold and soggy by the time it showed up. Their food is good in the restaurant, but the delivery service was terrible, and I would advise against it.

OMG! i can't believe all the bad reviews, we usually order in from purity through seamless web and they are fast, convenient and their menu selection is huge. The food is pretty decent, and i mean i might not be a food connaiseur but i would rate it as yummy yummy for my tummy. The delivery guy is super friendly and always greets us with a smile, it just puts you on a good mood. The other day we were walking by and met one of the owners and she was super friendly with our dogs and with us but she was not faking it, she was really just being her... I think everyone have different opinions, so my recommendation for those who are potential clients.. judge by yourself and for those who hate purity i gotta say everyone deserve a second chance! pretty please?

It took an hour and 40 minutes to get the food, perhaps an anomaly for the restaurant, but I won't be trying to order again to find out.

Good: Food came promptly (before estimate) and was tasty. Purity is a high quality diner. Bad: Club sandwich did not include bacon! First time for everything, I guess :-)

first I ordered chicken and waffles, they were out of waffles, so then I ordered porkchops, overdone and not very well seasoned. Overall, I wasn't happy.

Had the French toast and lumber jack breakfast. Really quick delivery. Everything was tasty. Would have given it 5 stars but a 17 dollar delivery minimum is silly.

I've only had sweet stuff from here-- desserts and french toast. Everything has been good so far and I haven't had an issue with delivery times.

It seems that they can never be consistent with service. The food is great, however, they continue to make mistakes with my orders. The first incident was that my order was mixed with another. After calling to have the correct order delivered, I had to wait almost an hour. This is very inconvenient especially if you have errands to do and work to go to. The second incident was that they forgot to include eggs for my order when I clearly ordered the Pancakes w/ 2 eggs side. I had to wait 45 mins for the eggs to arrive and they were cold on arrival. These continuous mistakes can be frustrating especially if you are hungry and are busy. They need to find a system that will help minimize these errors. I understand it is a fast paced environment and things can get hectic but two times?! Really!?....I'm done!

Awesomely large menu full of food that is consistently delicious. The staff here are some of the nicest people in the neighborhood. Love ordering a hangover omelet and a tall iced coffee on the weekend. Delivery is fast and reliable as well.

I've ordered both breakfast and dinner from here on a few occasions and have been happy with all of the orders. The delivery was pretty accurate based on Seamless' estimate so I wasn't surprised when it was either delivered quickly or within the time frame given.
