Qdoba Mexican Grill (3rd Ave)

Qdoba has a lot of delivery issues -- I like their dishes so I keep hoping it will be a better delivery experience but it continues to disappoint. Their fax was working today so apparently they didn't get the seamless order I placed, and I had to call and reconfirm. 45 minutes later still no food. Delivery guy called to ask what street I was on. And finally the food shows up lukewarm. No silverware . Annoying.

i used to love qdoba, but this location has made me give it up. they are rude on the phone, they get the order wrong, and the ingredient quality is terrible...i've gotten moldy cilantro in my naked burrito.

Food was good but This Qdoba on 3rd avenue and 40th Street is Slow and They forget to include drinks even though it says on the receipt Soda.

I live three blocks away, and -- for the second time -- it took an hour and a phone call to the store to have my order delivered. The burritos are good, but likely not worth the long delivery times for Seamless orders.

we read the previous reviews so we anticipated the long wait. it's about an hour wait so if you eat around noon just place the order @11am. steak/chicken fajita burritos are great. guacamole chips are yummy (even better w/beer). the food is never steamy hot even when u eat at the restaurant so if u dont have a microwave/oven in the office prob not a good idea.. bottom line cute/friendly delivery boy and tasty food we loved it !

Have ordered frmo here twice. The food took over an hour and a half each time, and was cold both times. Called the place asking where the food was and they were very rude. avoid this location

After reading all the reviews AFTER I ordered I expected to be hungry for awhile, but I was surprised to find out they showed up 20 - 30 minutes after placing my order. Besides calling me to tell me I could only pick 1 salsa with my chips order and then not putting any on my burrito, I'm happy with my food although the burrito is bland without the salsa.

the order never arrived for me either !! ..... Had to stay hungry for the day ...should stop delivering if they cant do it !!....apparently they had a new delivery guy who was walking as he dint have a bike and it took him over 1hr 45 mins to walk 0.5 miles !!!

The food was okay. Delivery time was fair. I ordered a steak taco salad. The steak was so cold, the residue from the refrigeration stuck to my tongue. Also, they did not include any napkins nor a fork. I ordered a salad, for crying out loud. How am I supposed to eat it? With my hands?

This place RARELY includes items that you request be put on the side. When the delivery guy drops off the food he asks you to check to make sure that you have everything but when you say you don't, there isn't much they will do to fix it. Also be prepared, if you order tacos, they will come looking like the whole package was shaken up the whole way over.
