Qdoba Mexican Grill (53rd st)

There is a reason Qdoba has such a low rating. You simply cannot order from this place. I called to complain that my food still hasn't arrived, and I ordered an hour ago. They told me that there is just one delivery guy, and there is no way of letting me know when my food will come. For the first time ever through Seamless Web, I'm demanding a refund. This restaurant is poorly run and managed. Do not order from here.

I ordered the grilled chicken taco salad. The sauces and vegetables weren't that bad, but the chicken was awful. I'm pretty picky with chicken, but some of the pieces were so fatty, they were inedible.

I ordered a grill chicken taco, when it's delievered, there were no chicken at all. the delievery took long and the stuff was all over the place.

I ordered chips with queso and didn't receive the chips. Ordered 4 tacos and they were missing lettuce or cheese!! Unfortunately, it is the coldest day of the year and Qdoba is coming back with the chips.

The food came fast initially but they forgot my salsa. I called to get some and by the time it came (1 hour after the food) my food was stone cold. I also ordered beef tacos and instead got chicken.

Never order the Burrito bowl for delivery ... came as a thrashed around mess. . The management was called and didn't seem to care at all. There was very little meat and mostly rice.

Terrible service. They advertise 40 minutes, and then don't deliver for hours. If you call to find out where your food is they say that they don't have enough delivery guys and can't tell you when your food will get to you. never again

The food is not worth even half the aggravation you go through because of a totally unprofessional staff. They forgot half the meal and when I called they said they'll send it right away. Half an hour later I called again to be told that they are waiting for the guy to start his shift and then send it.... I cancelled that part of my order.

Estimated delivery time was 25-40 mins. I called after 40 mins and was told it was on the way. 30 mins after my phone call (over an hour after ordering) the food finally shows up. Food is lukewarm and incorrect. Not impressed and will never order from here again.

Terrible customer service, never received the food after waiting and waiting. I waited in the lobby for the delivery man and he was no where to be found, I called the store to find out where he was and the rep said he would call back and never did. Finally when I called again, he told me the delivery man was back at the restaurant. I don't know how the food is, but their service was terrible.
