Quick Bite

The double cheeseburger that we ordered was so charred and over cooked that it was inedible. The chicken fingers on the menu for $3.99 included 3 small chicken strips (at that price and size, I would have expected at least 6). That covers that food that was delivered. Now on to the half of the meal that wasn’t delivered at all and the shake whose lid came off and was all over the bottom of the bag. Quick Bite is quite an ironic name for this place that took just over an hour to deliver this poorly prepared food with an even less desirable quality check process. The only positive part of this review is that I was given a refund of the entire order. I will not be ordering from Quick Bite again!

Got a phone call shortly after placing order. They were out of two of the three items I ordered. And offered substitutions. When I got my food even the substitutions were different from what I chose on the phone. Food was so so. Not the end of the world but didn't actually end up getting any of the exact items I ordered. Even the burger had the wrong cheese.

First delivery was great. Second, Third and fourth were not so great. Cripsy chicken club missing bacon. Second cripsy chicken club had slices of ham. Always out of the dessert I want and when they called to tell me I would get tiramissu I got carrot cake instead which I can't eat because I'm allergic to tree nuts and peanuts. Ordered ketchup and mayo I got hot sauce instead and got mozzarella sticks with no mozzarella in them. Will order no more.

The name does not indicate anything! It took 2 hours to be delivered and it was cold when it got here... Will not order from this place again!

Don't even bother. Two hours to get our food. After an hour they said it was out for delivery an be here in 10 mins. Showed up nearly hour later after that point (just few minutes short of two hours in total). To top it off, what was delivered, totally cold food, soggy fries and wet hamburger buns.

Only giving 3 stars because the Club burger was very good.. But i originally ordered cheesesteak and a order of mozzarella sticks. Restaurant calls me saying they don't have cheesesteak or mozzarella sticks that they waiting on shipment. So i changed order. Delivery was about an hour and they forGot my pepsi which is a big deal because i was fiening for it :(

Ordered late on a Tues night before 10pm. Waited over an hour and a half. I got my Seamless acknowledgement email about 20 minutes after ordering which seems like part of this restaurant's slow response MO. Then they called to say they didn't have two of the things I ordered, no rice, no shakes. I ordered from them as they are close and thought it would be easy. No rice. No shakes. Changed my order to a gyro platter. Cold. Disappointing. Very.

Food was delivered a little over an hour after i ordered it. I work in a restaurant that delivers, and i understand friday nights can be busy and take a little extra time. I ordered a burger and sweet potato fries. Food was luke warm when i received it, but it was still fine to eat. (I was very hungry) They did, however, not include any ketchup, even after i specifically asked for it. Oreo pie was good, but nothing real exciting. i did receive a decent amount of food for my money. (hence 2 stars instead of 1) Probably wont order from here again anytime soon. :/

So far so good for me! They come within the stated time and my order is always correct, even when I type in little notes for changes. The delivery guy is always pleasant and I've received excellent service. (I've ordered from them 5 times)

Ordered a red velvet cake, french fries and cheese sandwich that was supposed to come with provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion and sweet peppers. It came with just provolone and diced green peppers and no red velvet cake. That'll be my last order from them.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I've ordered from here twice now and have not had a problem. Both times my food has arrived hot (despite it being freezing outside) and well under the quoted delivery time. No, it's not gourmet, but the food is actually really good for what I was expecting. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
