Rachel's Taqueria

Mexican or Tex Mex is always better at the restaurant. Rachel's has great burritos that I love when I'm there and are just okay for delivery. Quesadillas do well with delivery and nachos are good if you've got the craving.

I honestly can't believe I just paid 13 dollars for this chicken fajita platter. The portion is tiny, I would complain if I paid five dollars for this if I was sitting in the restaurant. I will never order from Rachel's ever again.

This place used to be one of my faves when if first opened years ago. Now, it's overpriced with sup-par food. I ordered for delivery and it took 2 hours 2 HOURS! I called and they were unapologetic and rude. The food finally arrived and was cold, the meat was horrible and one of the burritos were incorrect. So disappointed.

There is something wrong with the chicken product they use for time to time. It is often slimy, low grade and over or under cooked. Have ordered for years but the place has declined to inedible on certain days when the c team is preparing and ordering.

Best Mexican delivery in Slope. Excellent hard shell tacos and burritos. Salsa and guac are fresh. Everything has been above average & delivery always within promised timeframe. One gripe. Wish they delivered canned, instead of fountain soda.

Awful. Order arrived on time but it was the wrong order. Food had spilled all over the bag. We called the restaurant and they apologized for the wrong order. Asked us to give back the food we received while we waited for the right order. The right order arrived some 30 minutes later, cold to the touch and completely soggy. Fuck this place.

Order arrived in 35 minutes but was already cold. The steak was cold and the enchilada was congealed. The guacamole tasted great but the portion was very small. Very disappointed.

I ordered the fajita burrito and it did not come with rice & beans as promised. I called the restaurant to get a correction and the woman on the phone took my number and said she would look into the issue and then I never received a call back.

I've just waited an hour and a half. I was hoping that they were busy (on a Monday evening, not likely, but I was hoping), but finally made the call to check on my order. They never got it, and after placing me on hold, calling me back and juggling my order for ten minutes more, they informed me that they would make the food and deliver it. I can only hope that it shows up the way I ordered because there isn't much more that could go wrong with this Seamless Order. They got two stars because the woman on the phone was at least helpful and polite.

So far the food I've ordered has been great (except for some crispy tacos which were soggy but still tasty - guess I should have known they wouldn't travel as well as burritos). I wish there was an option on the burrito menu to add guacamole, sour cream, or pico to a burrito at extra cost - it's hard to find just the right combination when you can't tweak it. Another thing to note is that all 3 times I've ordered, they've delivered well before the estimated window (was told 45-60 min and the food came in about 30)- which is great if you are ready to eat, but something to think about if you like to place orders in advance of arriving home.
