Ranch 1/The Original Soup Man

Awful. Ordered a chicken cucumber ranch lettuce wrap...received a plate of wet iceberg lettuce with some chicken, tomato and pickles. I love pickles, but in a salad? That seemed a bit odd to me. Dressing was terrible. Also got a broccoli & cheese baked potato...inedible! Giant stalk of broccoli covered in cheese whiz. Never again. ICK!!

the grilled chicken sandwich is very good - flavorful and not too dry. the new england clam chowder soup is very flavorful as well and good texture. the lobster bisque isn't worth it in my opinion - in the photo it looks like there are a lot of chunks, but in reality there are none, very disappointing.

Barley+mushroom soup was exceptional. Breaded chicken sandwich was fresh and a perfect solution to hunger. Food arrived in 24 mins. Perfect.

I ordered Soup, Fries and a Coke. After an hour went by I called asking if there was something wrong with the order, they said the driver was just leaving. Half an hour later my food arrives, I asked what happened, and the delivery guy said "Busy." 1 hour and half to get food that was supposed to be here in 15-30mins???? That's my FIRST and LAST time ordering from HERE!

Ranch 1 makes the claim that they have the best grilled chicken in the world. There may be some merit to that boast. And The Original Soup Man--it's the Soup Nazi (from Seinfeld). His soups are just as incredible as the show makes them out to be. I can't speak for personality, as I order in, but this is by far my favorite place for soup. Together, you have an unbeatable combination! 4.5/5.0 stars because the prices of Ranch 1 are $0.50 higher on everything compared to the one on 46th.

I order thousands of dollars from seamless and NEVER complain. The stores set our expectations for the estimated time. This food took 1 hour and 45 minutes to be delivered when the bar was set to 15-30. After calling they didn't even care, like I was just another person out of many. I hate this kind of service so I felt obligated to write about it. Seamless is great, these guys are horrible!

For some reason they put an unwrapped cookie in the same bag with the butter for my baked potato and it melted all over the cookie (because the bag was placed on top of the hot bake potato). When I called to ask them to refund the price of the cookie I was told "It is impossible for the butter to melt because it was frozen when it left here" with much attitude. I will never order from this place again!

Food never arrived over an hour later for same street location. Restaurant was totally unapologetic. Said that delivery guy had not yet even picked up food. Don't even waste your time with this disaster of a restaurant.

I will never again order from this DUMP OF AN EXCUSE of a restaurant. I was quoted a delivery time of 15-30 minutes. After 45 minutes and no arrival of my very simple and small order, I called the restaurant. I was then LIED to when I was told that my order just left. After 15 more minutes, I had to call AGAIN. And again, I was LIED to. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, I was so angry and frustrated that I cancelled my order and had to go pick up my lunch elsewhere. These idiots still triued to deliver my lunch...1 hour and 40 minutes later. Customer service sucks, not to mention that the food is typically tasteless and arrives cold. If you value your lunch and your time, boycott this crap hole.
