Overall, I enjoyed my meal. It was well-seasoned and everything was hot if meant to be hot and cold if meant to be cold. The delivery time was also very fast. Which I was happy for since I read that people had issues with it before. I knocked off one star for two very specific reasons and one very minor thing: 1. There were no utensils in the containers. This isn't a huge problem but it was an inconvenience. 2. They didn't have one of the drinks I ordered so they politely called and offered me another drink. They also didn't charge me for the difference. This was very nice of them. So it really isn't a huge problem. Just was really hoping for some sorrel. 3. Lastly, and perhaps the biggest reason for me was that one of the drinks was packed into the same bag with the food and because it was stored properly some of the food was soaked in ginger-lime drink which made it inedible. This made almost all of the waffle and one of the three pieces of fried chicken have a weird taste to it which was very disappointing. But, since what I could eat tasted delicious I would just say, ensure when you order to specify whether you'd like utensils and also to ask for drinks to be properly wrapped or bagged separately from food.

Good food. Fried chicken was surprisingly tasty and crispy. But as reviewers have mentioned, they often do not have all the items on the menu. I didn't even know half of my order was unavailable until I called to follow up on my order.

Pretty disappointing all around. Ordered the chicken and waffles and a smoothie. Was late enough that I was considering calling (which I never do). Once it came the the chicken was way over-fried, waffles were soggy, and the smoothie was just ehh.

The food is good, but the problem is delivery. The delivery fee is a bit much. Today, they called me to tell me that the driver didn't show up and my order would be cancelled. Last time I ordered it took 2 hours to get my food with the manger calling me every 1/2 hour to update me. Unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here. I really wanted to give them one more chance, but that's not going to happen.

The people who work at this place seem like nice people over the phone, but the bottom line is that delivery just took too long. I wouldn't mind that the food took long if the food was actually good -- it wasn't. The home made drinks from this place also barely had any taste and the delivery guy was kind've unprofessional. I hope they fix their issues because they have a stellar menu and I would hate to see poor customer service bring a nice locally owned shop down.

Lots of food for the money, that's good. Fish was pretty dry and they forgot to deliver the sauce. The half of my Lime/Ginger juice was spilt in the plastic bag. It took them 1 1/2 hour to deliver and the delivery guy had even the guts to ask for more tip. FIRE THIS GUY!!!

Two hours to receive mediocre food. Called restaurant and they wouldn't pick up the phone. Called Seamless who were able to contact manager/owner and asked if they would give a courtesy discount for the customer (me), they comped $2. Ha! When delivery guy finally arrived, he demanded a cash tip -but I explained the tip was included in my order through Seamless. He argued with me and stormed off. This place is so pathetic.

Food is pretty tasty and inexpensive BUT delivery time on the long side (Ft Greene area); both times I ordered, drivers had no clue where to go; one driver didn't want to come up to my apartment and argued with my doorman; no desserts both times I ordered; also, both times I ordered the restaurant failed to notify me until the food was ready to go out the door (i.e., they don't give you a chance to cancel or modify the order)... Bottom line: this place is worth ordering from but they definitely need some time to work out the kinks (assuming this is a new establishment as opposed to just new to Seamless)...

I placed an order at 10am on a Monday morning. When did not receive an e-mail confirmation after 15 minutes I called. The person who answered said they just opening. I told them I would cancel the order. They called Seamless. Seamless called me, cancel the order and issued a refund.
