Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star based on their service, and not their food. I ordered the food through Seamless, but left my work telephone number. I called them within ten minutes of ordering to correctly update my cellphone (Call #1). I called after the 60-75 minute window passed, they said the food was on its way (Call #2). I call 20 minutes later, they say my order was never received (Call #3) even though I had just been told it was on its way. Ten minutes later I get ANOTHER call, goes to voicemail, saying the delivery guy was attempting to make the delivery but I wouldn't pick up the phone. Checked my work phone at the office today, he never called there, so I'm not sure where that lie comes from. I call back, this is now the 5th time I've either called them or received a call, and they say there was a miscommunication and they have my food and will send it if I want. Offers an apology, but not a refund, credit or even free samosa! This is two hours after the initial order was placed.

I would give them a 5 star, but in the past 6 months or so, the food has gotten SO SO GREASY that it literally leaks oil into the bag and you can see pools of oil swimming on top of sauces. If my kids weren't so addicted to their delicious Chana Saag (which seems less greasy), I wouldn't keep going back.

Chicken Tikka Masala was just ok. Delivery time was 70 minutes, but I was expecting that based on the other reviews. Tried the appetizer Aloo Papri Chaat, which was yummy. Nice light, fresh taste with not too much yogurt/sauce.

I had to give this place a minimum of 1, else I would go with zero. Which means I am never ever ordering from here again. Ordered Veg Hakka Noodles and Veg Manchurian on a Thursday before noon. The order took almost an hour and a half to arrive. When it did, there were 4 plastic spoons but no forks. And then, worst of all, the Manchurian was simply not cooked. And all this while I was thinking that overcooking the Manchurian was what was taking so late. Waste of $20 bucks, ruined my day off from work. Never order from here.

I used to love this place, but they changed management or something because the food is super oily and made me sick. Plus, they added Chinese food to their menu, like wtf.

I ordered some Biryani and parathas. The food was delivered in 1 hour against 35-50 mins of promised delivery time. I would give 3 stars for the taste as the food was atleast prepared well. However, the chicken in the biryani is not organic. I wish Rasoi prepared their food with fresh chicken instead of frozen chicken, for which I would have rated it higher.

Food is good, but delivery is INSANELY SLOW. I would give the food 4 stars, but regardless of what the delivery time says, the two times I have ordered, it has taken ast least 1.5 hours.
