Red Hot II

Been a park slope resident for nearly 13 years and have been a Red Hot fan for nearly just as long...however, as of late, they've been slacking it seems. 8/10 times they're still great....maybe they've over-extended themselves and can't keep up but the last time I ordered beef with broccoli the beef wasn't cooked and the broccoli actually tasted pretty bitter. Disappointed, but keeping the faith.

delivery is always fast, food arrives hot. a step above other chinese food delivery, but nothing that will blow you away. great lunch specials, but need to change the minimum delivery on seamless to be able to order lunch specials!

We were really surprised by the poor quality of the food. Our dinner featured greasy springrolls (frozen not freshly made), dry/overcooked/bland shrimp, and overly sweet General Tso's chicken. Even the pork fried rice lacked flavor! The pork bits were a dull brown color - not the usual bright red that the BBQ park is supposed to have. We won't be ordering from here again!

Delivery was super-fast. The chicken with cashews lunch special was tasty, though the dumplings in sesame sauce were not my favorite. Everything tasted fresh and was hot on delivery.

This is the third and final time I order from this absolutely repulsive kitchen. Undercooked chicken is only the first of a series of - let's just say - negatives from my last order alone. Each time I think "remember this is the disgusting place, don't order from here again," and each time I forgot. Third time, shame on the DOH for letting these guys reopen. GROSS.

I like the food a lot, but they need to be clearer about their delivery policy. I live in a walk-up, and the delivery guy refused to actually deliver my food to my door. When he finally did come come up, he proceeded to scream at me that he was double-parked and was incredibly aggressive. Won't be ordering from here again.

To be honest, I barely give any review, but the quality of the food and poor service make me want to write something about it. At first, I gave it a try because of the high rating but it turned out that I waited for over one hour for my order to come and was totally surprised by the food (I ordered sweet and sour chicken). That's definitely not what you get when you're in Asia. So I don't think I will not be ordering from here again.

This place was recommended to us by a friend. It's possible that we ordered the wrong items, but it wasn't good. The dumplings were gummy, the egg roll was tasteless, and the pad thai noodles (which we did not realize was supposed to be pad thai based on the description and name) were not good at all. This place is more expensive than our local joint. I had high hopes. Totally bummed

what delivery people refuse to deliver your food?? "It's too dangerous to get out of the car" Called the restaurant and the woman told me there is nothing that they can do. why even bother offering delivery? I'll never order from here again
