The food I've ordered has been good but they never had the pretzel I ordered. I would order an Apple Cinnamon pretzel and each time I would get a note stating they didn't have any and was given a Pizza pretzel as a replacement. How is a pizza pretzel a replacement for an apple cinnamon pretzel? Also I've only ordered from this place 5 times and each time the delivery was anywhere from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours after the expected delivery time of 12 noon.
