Roc (Dinner)

I love this restaurant and 95% of the time it comes on time and everything is great, BUT ,,,the other times ....if you try to call and find out where your order is then you are on hold for an eternity and no one can give you a straight answer. The time on seamless web was 15-30 minutes and it has been over an hour and still no food. My suggestion was if it was over an hour go ahead and put that time in the delivery field and then the customer can choose another restaurant and then doesn't get upset. Like I said ....if they deliver all is good.....when they don't it is a complete disaster and you have no idea if you are going to get your food or not. Unfortunately this has happened to me more than once and it isn't worth ordering anymore from ROC

I used to love the food at Roc but i'm not sure what happened but it sucks! How can you screw up spaghetti and meatballs and penne with eggplant?? Def. will not order again!

After placing the order, someone called and said the chef was "too busy" to make the same simple butter he has made for our toddler the past two dozen times. Needless to say we cancelled the order.

The food is very good, but the service is unreliable. We ordered, the food was over an hour late, and the restaurant wouldn't answer the phone! It finally came after a 2 hour wait. Don't bother.

Absolutely fantastic food and extremely fast delivery given the distance covered. The service also was excellent, especially when it came to dealing with an error in a previous order.

A complete and total abomination, this place needs to be shut down. I wasted $70 on June 17th ordering chicken valdostana, veal milanese, mozzarella caprese and cavatelli with broccoli rabe and sausage. Everything was disgusting and completely inedible with the exception of the roll. Had to through it all away and order a pizza, such a waste in so many ways. Wish I could give a zero rating!

The savory dishes I order were fine however I ordered a tiramisu and not only was it pre-packaged but it was 100% rancid; the ricotta cheese was sour and obviously expired. Disgusting.

This was one of the worst meals I've ever had. I ordered the veal scalopiene which was delivered raw. This meal was awful and the employees of the restaurant was unbelievably rude when we explained that the food was inedible- he ultimately hung up the phone when I was mid-sentence. I will never return to this restaurant and would not recomend that anyone ever visit this establishment.

Was so happy to see one of my favorite lunch places as a new restaurant on Seamless. Pastas here are fantastic and delivery was prompt and traveled well.
