Rocco Pizza III

Ordered from here twice. The delivery they use is so ghetto! Forgot my drink and told me to just alert them next time I order that I'm owed a free drink. I was like yea right, like they're gonna remember me. And who's to say I'll order from here again. Seamless credited me for it. I got the lasagna mad meatballs which was entirely too salty. They're pizza was good thought, which I got the second time. Delivery took longer than the 30-45 minutes. It was more like 1 hr and 15 minutes. All in all, not that impressed.

We order from here regularly. The food is solid. It is one of the better pizza places in the neighborhood. The pasta is great, as are the heroes. The only order issues I have are when specifying what I want on my burger. I just stopped ordering burgers because I hate mayo and ketchup. If you like mayo and ketchup like my bf, order a burger. I love their fries. They tend to throw in free garlic knots occasionally. Sometimes delivery can take a while, but I know from actually going to the shop that they would rather cook up a fresh pie than send out a cold one. Way more often than not, our food comes hot, on time, and is tasty. Give them a shot.

This is not a review of the restaurant itself, but of my experience getting delivery here. All I ordered is one large pepperoni pizza, that's it. Not rocket science. The pizza arrived 30 minutes late. And it was not hot. AND, it was only half pepperoni, and half plain cheese. The pizza itself was pretty good, but I do wish it had been hot and what I actually ordered.

I ordered a plain cheese pizza on one day. Order came in 30 minutes. Delish!!! Next time I ordered the same, I called to cancel after waiting over 2 hours but then the doorbell rang. In comes in a cold pizza. blah

AWESOME considering the only pizza that will deliver to my place. Definitely does the trick, and the delivery guys are mad cool, one said he would pick up beer on the way

Food was okay but delivery takes FOREVER. I was hungry and ordered at 8 didn't cook and was still hungry and waiting at 10:15. It finally got here cold and the delivery man was rude. There are better places to order from.

Food is pretty good but delivery is an issue. 20-35 minutes is a lie. Outright. They should just be honest about it. By the time the food comes you have to warm it up. Also it's a toss up whether or not the delivery guy is gonna ask you to meet you at the front of the building. Kinda defeats the purpose of delivery if I have to go outside (down 3 flights) and its cold out.

they always forget something. Special instructions? They will never read them. Even something simple like a side of marinara with a chicken roll will be overlooked, even when explicitly stated. The food isn't that bad, they just suck at deliveries and details.

food wasn't bad, great price, however, delivery speed was terrible. There needs to be a field on these surveys where we can input the time we received the order, so you can compare the estimated v. actual delivery times. You can do all kinds of fun statistics with that data! Anyway, it was a little over 2 hours, strangely, still very hot calzone- the pepperoni roll was completely burnt though.. and stale.

Despite notation stating "white spinach pie" and speaking to person over the phone, I sill received the wrong order. Thankfully, they were gracious about the error and agreed to send a corrected order. Garlic knots were "decent." The dough was lovely, but the knots were barely coated enough in garlic, oil, and spices to be called "garlic knots." Overall, a lukewarm experience.

Another reviewer below had a problem with the delivery guy and thats why I'm writing this. The delivery guy was extremely rude and it was totally unnecessary. He could not figure out how to work my buzzer and started yelling at me/getting in my face about it. I am a women and was by myself so it was scary to have some guy at my house acting like that. I think this delivery guy has some major issues if he's" getting into it" with multiple customer's. Do not order from here, there are plenty of other places and food was below average. Just get domino's.
