I normally eat at the place and I really like it. Today I ordered food from seamless instead. I ordered at 3.30pm and tell them to deliver at 5pm but they came at 5.35pm. All other places that I order always on time. I will never order delivery from here ever again.

So many good reviews, not sure why. Yellowtail scallion roll was okay but goyza were cold, dry and certainly from a frozen package. Chicken udon soup was oily and fairly tasteless. The noodles were slimy and the chicken grisly. Have to throw every thing out and root through the cupboards, which I should have done in the first place.

The delivery person was very rude. As was mentioned by Travis C, I received a phone call saying that the delivery person was on his way. A few minutes late, I received another phone call from the delivery person asking me "where are you?" It seemed that he had been waiting for a few minutes. When I got down to the apartment's lobby, he had an exasperated expression and asked me what took me so long. He then thrust my food at me and left. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding, and the first phone call was meant to say that he had already arrived at the lobby. However, the word that he used was "coming". I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Edit: The time between the two calls as two minutes.

Spicy crunchy tuna roll was nothing out of the ordinary, but Oyakadon was great. Delivery was way ahead of time (20 minutes instead of 40 - 60). However, I did get two phone calls from them between order and delivery (kind of weird?). One ten minutes after I ordered asking if I wanted delivery. (huh?) Then again five minutes before they arrived saying they were on their way.

We love this place and have been ordering consistently for the past five years. The chicken curry and the donburi are always tasty and they have great sushi combos.
