Samossa Bites

When Seva decided they couldn't be bothered to deliver to us anymore (2 blocks west of 21st St) we tried Samossa Bites not expecting much. Surprise! Their food has been delicious every time we have ordered from them (every week for months and months). Tandoori Chicken Tikka (kebab) and Paneer Tikka Masala are delicious. Yummy Garlic Nan, Papadum is okay (I've had tastier) Kheer is good. We've also had the Chicken Vindaloo and a few other dishes. Always friendly service and great food. Delivery time is reasonable, considering that we are a bit far from them.

Yum! I actually did not see their closing hours and posted my order at almost 10pm but they accepted my order. It took a while to get here which I understand because of their closing hours. I really thought we were getting the leftover food or bad quality but this place is REALLY good! I especially loved their samossas! SO good! their saag paneer was also good as was their veggie tikki masala!

One of the worst order delivery and management I have encountered in Astoria. Its been 1.5 hours since I placed the order (which still isnt here) and called 3 times since to check the status, on the last call I was informed that the delivery guy (yes, blame the poor guy) forgot to take the order and my order is "here in the restaurant", with no option to the problem. Thanks to Seamless, they immediately cancelled the order. Will never order from Samosa Bites

Lovely place for Indian food. Ordered the chicken saag, samossa, and tandoori chicken. All were delicious although the tandoori chicken was a little overcooked so was dry. Samosas were crisp and hearty. Delivery was quick and food was still hot when we got it! Would order from here again whenever I need an Indian-food fix.

I live in the Queensboro Plaza area for a couple years now and this is my favorite delivery place, hands down. I have never had Indian food this good at this price point. Most of the options are not light, however, so keep that in mind.

Food is inconsistent. Sometimes great, sometimes not so great. Seems like there are multiple chefs with different styles. Delivery usually takes close to 60 minutes too.

Delicious food. One of the only Indian places that actually makes food "extra-spicy" when I order it that way. Delivery is always on time.

This was the worst Seamless order I've ever placed. The restaurant quoted a 45-60 minute delivery window. At the 1 hour mark, I called the restaurant and they said the order was on it's way. The order arrived TWO HOURS after I placed it, a full ONE HOUR late based on the delivery window. I asked the delivery person what the problem was. He said "Too many orders." Uh, NOT MY PROBLEM. I asked him if the food was at least hot, meaning it had been prepared recently and not sitting on a bike for the last 45 minutes. He said "Oh yes." I opened the bag and found nothing but cold rice, cold chicken tikka masala and even worse cold and damp (from the steam) naan. If I wanted to MICROWAVE my dinner, I would have just heated up something in my refrigerator. This was the worst, WORST, meal and experience ever. Never again. But, thank you Seamless for refunding my money when I called to say how terrible the meal was.

Food is not bad but they definitely put a lot of sweet tamarind chutney in everything. Their service isn't good. The first time I ordered, they gave me a side or rice instead of raita. When I called, they said they would comp me next time and could not send the delivery guy back with the raita - poor customer service. The second time I ordered, they forgot an entree, I had to call back and wait for them to bring another one.

Good Indian Food! I have ordered from them several times, i can honestly say the menu is not diverse, but what they offer is good! Also Spicey so be ready! Anyway for LIC Indian food there is no other choice!
