We have ordered from here a few times and were seriously disappointed with our last order. $50 worth of sushi and they included only one pair of chopsticks and two soy sauce packets. We never received the extra wasabi we paid for. The rolls tasted off and the chicken wings had hair on them. We are absolutely never ordering from here again and highly caution anyone thinking of ordering from here.

I have ordered from Samurai five times and I have experienced exemplary service and food for 4/5 of those times. I must, however, temper my review 4 stars instead of 5 for the most recent experience. Although the food was yummy, the delivery person kept reassuring that it would take "ten more minutes" when I called a total of four times. What should have been a 45 minute delivery took 88 minutes. I was disappointed by this experience, however, they were apologetic when I brought this to their attention. I hope this was just a bad day in what is a great restaurant overall. I recommend highly.

The rice-to-sushi ratio was as bad as I've encountered. The side-salad that came with my dish also had no dressing on it, and they only included 2 packets of soy sauce. That said, the actual quality of the fish was solid.
