San Loco (Second Avenue)

When I ordered food here, the time that the food left the store was long after the time that it was supposed to be delivered. Not only that, but the delivery man was unable to locate my residence after many conversations with me to him (and also with the manager). After about an hour, I had no choice but cancel my order entirely because the delivery man was still unable to figure out where I lived. I cannot rate the food because it never arrived to me.

dos toros : chipotle :: san loco : taco bell everyone getting tripped up about their food not being absolutely perfect needs to calm down. you are ordering a burrito for delivery. said burrito being soggy is natural. san loco is bomb at getting you solid mexican food in a short amount of time. that's all you can ask for.

Food was ok. I chose this place because it is 1 avenue away and delivery time is ~30 mins.....yeah right!! After an hour, I called and they said "It is on it's way. you should have it any minute." LIke I said, I live one ave away, so why it still took another 10 mins is beyond me.

I've been eating at San Loco for more years than I care to mention and was thrilled when they arrived on Seamless. However, my favorite Mexican taco moving into the digital age has come with a price - inconsistent delivery service. I may be boring and eat the same thing, the same way, but I rarely get the same thing, the same way that I order it. Simple requests like please send extra mild sauce on the side (on another platform you can do this for free in the order), generally don't make it in to my delivery bag. Order and pay for extra cheese, remind them not to forget it (not cheap), also doesn't show up on my food. I do love San Loco, but am disappointed that they don't read the instructions that I take the time to write in each spot offered here on Seamless from order to checkout. Otherwise, this would have been 5 stars.

Delivery was incredibly fast for me and I'm likely on the edge of their delivery zone. SAn Loco offers simple no frills mexican food. Low delivery minimum is nice as well.

HORRIBLE delivery service. After an hour I still hadn't received the meal. I called and they told me they didn't have the order. They told me to call a different location that would probably have the order (which made no sense since I ordered directly through seamless). I called the other location, they didn't have my order. I called the first location back and suddenly they had the order and it was being delivered. So I got the food 2 hours after I ordered - dinner was past and i was headed for bed.
