Pros: Good food Cons: Bad management. Had many bad experiences (delivered almost an hour late, etc) with home delivery.

Going by the high reviews and five stars, ordered for the first time from this place on a Monday night. Decided to play it smart and ordered well ahead of time - approximately 7:45 pm. Received the confirmation email with a delivery estimate between 35-50 minutes. At 8:45 started to call the restaurant but either no one pciked up or the line was perenially busy. At 9:20 - ran out of options and called Seamless to find out if the dinner would arrive by tomorrow morning. The Seamless rep called up the restaurant and told me that the food should be on the way as per the restaurant and he apologised for the delay and said he would take up the matter with the restaurant. At 9:55, I called the restaurant and finally someone picked up and told me - without apologizing - that the delay was because they only had 1 driver today (like its my fault that I chose to order on the day they were understaffed!!!). Then, instead of giving me the status or following up with the driver, they gave methe driver's number and asked me to find out the status myself. Finally, at 10 pm, the driver picks up and I had to go downstairs to pick up the food. Please note that this place is 0.3 miles away from residence and a turtle could crawl through traffic and still reach there faster... In any case, decided to try the food and forget about the food being cold and totally unsavory alone, there was a hair sticking out in the food!!!!! So, if you are ready to wait for 2 hours to get cold adulterated food at your doorstep and shelling out 30 bucks for it - go ahead!!! If it was possible to give negative stars I would do that

The BEST South Indian food you can get delivered in this area!! Amazing food, and sweet, polite people at the restaurant. We love them.

the pondi cherry came fresh filled with vegetables and was still very warm. great texture! the potato masala dosa was also good and was to be expected. the delivery person was very kind. this is affordable vegetarian food in jersey city.
