I've order Sawah Diner probably four times in the last two weeks. Deliver has always been on the fast side and they make my food the way that I requested. We did put in some extra instructions before and they have always tried their best to fulfill it. I would strongly recommend Sawah to my friends and have ordered group meals before with them. Best time to order would probably be before dinner and after 10/11pm.

The food is good - but the "delivery" not so much for my second order. The "delivery" person tried to make me come outside (not even to my building's lobby) to the curb to get my food - despite getting a prepaid tip. Despite the good food, I won't order from Sawah Diner again thanks to the lack of service by the delivery person.

Will not order again. Food was fine. Service was extremely cranky. They told me they did not have fries to go with my cheeseburger, so I asked them to cancel my order so I could get dinner somewhere else. The person at the other end said "Well, we have already made it" and did not want to let me cancel. I agreed to let them go ahead without the fries. Then a person who sounded like her supervisor called back to interrogate me about why I was canceling my order, and I explained that I just wanted to grab dinner somewhere else, since they didn't have what I wanted. He then said they did have the fries and would be delivering the whole order. I was fine with that. When the food arrived, it was not cold, but not hot either. Very stingy with the ketchup packets.

I've ordered quite a few times, had several different dishes, and have always enjoyed the food.

The mixed platter is among my favorites. I'm a big fan of their hummus. And it was delivered promptly and--pleasantly--not in one big mush of hummus/baba ganoush/grape leaves, as I've experienced with Mediterranean delivery elsewhere.

Food is very good. Delivery time is usually not accurate with what they post. Sometimes it is 15-30 minutes later.

The Chicken Kabobs are great! The rice that comes with them is very flavorful. The pita bread is hit or miss. I cannot speak to the other items on the menu.

First time I ordered was great - good food, fast enough service. Down hill since then - absurdly long waits, wrong orders, badly prepared food, poor follow-up service, the whole lot. I've even given them the benefit of the doubt and tried a couple more times, but I'm done. Maybe worth going there and getting hot food in person, otherwise, don't bother.

I have ordered food from this restaurant that was unconscionably bad.

The food is ok, but the delivery service is TERRIBLE. Food was 1 hour late and I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

They give a delivery time of between 45 and 60 minutes. My food arrives 1 hour and 45 minutes after my order was confirmed. I was told that the food was out for delivery when I called after an hour and 15 minutes. That must have been correct judging by its temperature when it arrived.

The food isn't bad but the service is terrible. I've ordered from them three times now and each time they've forgotten part of my order - usually pita to go with the hummus. When I call them they just say they're going to send it - in 30 to 40 minutes (after waiting 45 minutes for the original order). When I say that's not acceptable, they just pretend they can't hear me and then hang up.

The rice is really tasty and salad was very fresh. First time I ordered the Lamb Shish Kebab meal -- lamb cut was not the best, . This time around I ordered the Chicken Kabob -- much better. Went well with the rice and salad combo.

Fantastically fresh food - the chicken, beef and grilled vegetables are excellent and exceptionally well grilled. The bread and salad are great too. Tiramisu is so-so, but I did order it again, so it can't be that bad. The onion rings are well fried, with as little grease as is possible, given that it is onion rings. The food looks like they cooked and grilled it on location and tastes so. Very much recommended!
