Excellent food! I ordered the Shanghai Pan Fried Noodles to go and it was delicious despite how much sauce there was.

this is the second time i ordered. it was not bad the first time except that the soupy dumplings were all broken. so i figured that if they placed 8 in two containers instead of one will resolve the problem. but when the delivery guy shows up at my door, he asked me to give him an extra dollar for the container!!! and there was not chopsticks or fork in the bag. this is absolutely absurd! i don't think i want to deal with this next time. there are definitely other shanghainese restaurants that offer better service than that!

I loved everything I ordered! The spicy beef noodle soup was great and the wine chicken was delicious. I thought the tapioca soy milk would come with the large tapioca pearls but it came with the tiny, clear pearls instead. It ended up tasting great regardless. The delivery person was super nice and quick.

The food is very good, but BEWARE. I paid for 3 full priced plates and did not receive rice. I was told that you have to order "over rice" plates in order to get rice. Never mind that the full platters cost more AND I've never had to pay extra for rice at any chinese restaurant...ever. To the restaurant's credit, they delivered rice after my complaint, but only as an exception. It seems like a silly thing to cheap out on.

Their "steamed tuny buns" aka soup dumplings come pipping hot when delivering from Chinatown to the FiDi area (place order before Noon lunch crowd if you don't want to wait an hour for lunch). Scallion pancakes are a bit too greasy, their lo mein is flavorful but portions a tad small compared to their noodle with soup dishes, and their over rice dishes are plentiful and cheap but very fast-food-ish.

I don't understand the bad reviews for this place! They have one of the best soup dumplings in the city... people must not be ordering the right things. Get the soup dumplings, and the szechaun style wontons (if you can handle spicy), and the fried rice cakes which are very good. The beef with broccoli is good too!

The food here is pretty good but the reliability of the delivery service is terrible. Last four times we ordered they were late. Tonight delievry was estimated at 30-45 minutes but it took 80 minutes. And when you call the restaurant to find out where it is they tell you that they're too busy and don't know when it will get there. It's a shame they can't get they're act together with delivery because the food is actually pretty good. Just not worth the wait.

Delivery was on time. The food was unfortunately 50/50. Fried rice was great but the lo mein was not so good. Would probably order from here again but will most certainly try something else.

The delivery service from this restaurant is horrible. They were never on time, many times more than half an hour late. Avoid this restaurant if you can.

Initially, I rated them a 4, but have now revised my rating because I unfortunately found a hair in one of the dishes, which made me question their cleanliness. I doubt I would order again without giving them a preemptive warning about this. I ordered beef with broccoli on rice, bean curd (tofu) Szechuan style on rice, tiny pork buns, and steamed snow pea leaf dumplings. The portions were generous and the food was fresh and tasty. Delivery was also quite quick. I would order again, but only the steamed snow pea leaf dumplings and the bean curd Szechuan style leave me craving for more. The snow pea leaf dumplings were very fresh and beautifully prepared. The tofu was amongst the silkiest I've ever had. 5 stars on those two dishes!

ordered four items and delivery arrived in 20mins, almost halved that of estimated 30-45min. this was a rainy day, mind you, but the deliveryman was all smiles when he reached our doors. all food items were piping hot and every dish was surprisingly well prepared despite the short preparation time! i find this really amazing. the steamed tiny buns with pork is one of the best i'd in the cities, what differentiates it is that i didn't find a thick layer of oil floating on top of the broth in each bun, which is common in many other good ones I'd tried in the city. love it.

Inexpensive but yummy. A bit cumbersome when requested a credit card sign-off at the delivery even though settled thru website...
