The food took 2.5 hours to arrive. It was cold and indelible. Not only was the food disgusting, but when I called to see what had happened they were nasty and rude.

Very slow. Delivery took over an hour an a half. They hadn't started when I called them after 1 hr 10 min.

I've ordered from them twice and eaten there several times. Their stew okra with fish is wonderful - awesome sauce. Yes, I'll wait the loooong time it takes them to deliver because their food is delicious and features a cuisine that's hard to get (Sierra Leonean) along with American food. And they are the nicest people ever. I really hope they survive. If you're nervous about the delivery, just pick it up!

HORRIBLE WAY TO START OFF!!!! Placed my order prior to their closing time roughly 8:40 PM EST (they close for delivery at 9:00PM). Submitted order fine, no confirmation. They waited until 9:35 PM to call me and tell me they can't fullfill my order, but of course they managed to confirm my order prior to calling. So then I have to call seamless and wait for another 15 minutes, to ensure that I was refunded... I can definitely say that myself, nor any member of my household will ever order from this place again.

DO NOT order from this place unless you have hours of time to waste waiting for your order. It took TWO hours for my food to come and then when it finally did, my waFfle was soggy because they packaged the chicken on top of the waffle, let it sit for all of the time I was waiting for it. Shouldn't people who prepare food know that you can't put fried foods on top of pastries? Additionally there was no syrup,Utensils, butter, only ketchup? Who puts ketchup on chicken and waffles? Then I called back to complain about this, and they promised to send a new waffle. Suffice it to say, it never came. The service was so awful that the delivery person said, it is not my fault. The biggest travesty is that there is not only no way to get my money back, I had to include the mandatory tip. Don't do it!

Wish I could it no stars. Two hours after I ordered they still hadn't left the restaurant yet and they were completely unapologetic about it. Rude. Waste of time.
