Soho Cafe & Grill

I order from Soho probably one a week or so. It can be hit or miss; however, it is better than the other options in the neighborhood. Sometimes they mess up orders, but have always been willing to take it off my bill when I called to let them know. I have ordered dozens of times and can only remember maybe 5 times things went wrong. I usually like their pasta, tuna salad, soups, tossed salads, and pancakes. Yes, their coffee is terrible but I am not sure why anyone would expect good coffee from a place like this... Delivery is fast and the folks that work there are always friendly!

We've ordered here on more than one occasion, primarily because of their later hours and availability to deliver to our area. EACH INSTANCE resulted in an incorrect order. The last time this happened, I called Soho and spoke to the manager. The little twerp told me that they are unable to see special requests/instructions on Seamless orders. THAT'S PART of THE WHOLE POINT OF SEAMLESS - to order what you want, how you want it! Of course, I spoke to Seamless customer service, which was outstanding, and they confirmed that Soho is just making excuses. The food itself was average, causing me to firmly believe that no one should have loyalty to a place that serves a lackluster product, and incorrectly, at that.

This place is so fresh and delicious. I used to order from here constantly- they were definitely my go to until they added the delivery fee. What the heck is with that? I don't pay delivery fees, because it's just throwing away money. There are so many places that are yummy and will give me the same joy for free. But in terms of the food, I would recommend Soho- good variety and quality.

$4 DELIVERY FEE? You've got to be joking!! They suddenly added this a few days ago, out of the blue. Their food is good, but nothing that merits an additional mandatory $4. DON'T GIVE SOHO CAFE YOUR BUSINESS UNTIL THEY REMOVE THIS RIDICULOUS FEE!!!!

Never complete the order. I always pay for deluxe and neverrrrr get what I want. I called to complain and seamless nor soho were of much help! This place seriously sucks!

Well my microwave just broke so my food showing up COLD didn't help. The cappuccino was terrible. The food would have probably been good if it wasn't cold. Not ordering from here again.

I have wrote a review of good action for this place and food is great if you get the right order. After my good review the started to mess up everything. I call to complain and the women blamed me!! I order kiwi,mango,&berries I got kiwi,pineapple, and berries. I aliergic to pineapple. I was told it my fault I should have said something. Like u don't get what u pay 4!!!

Food is good but unfortunately the service is NOT! We ordered dinner from here and they messed up our order and did not deliver part of it. When we called them and asked them to send the rest of our order they told us while yes they know they messed up that they could not send another delivery person out as none were at the restaurant and by the time they got back and were sent out again they would be closed by the time they got to us and they couldn't send out our food and our only option was to call seamless and get our money back. We didn't want our money, we wanted our dinner! We ordered well before closing time but it took them over an hour and a half to deliver. We paid the $4 delivery fee and a forced $4 additional tip from seamless for no dinner and a big headache. Very disappointing. Wish we didn't have to put the ban on this place as the food is decent.

The food is pretty decent here, but be prepared for errors with your order. Like, pretty much every time. We used to order delivery from here, but have had to either send things back or suck it up and eat what they give us. Very often, they have put sugar in my coffee, even after telling them explicitly no sugar. I am a diabetic, so this is particularly irritating. II guess you can get away with a lot when you are in a prime location. They frequently take a very long time to delivery and have also left items out.

I've order here twice. The strawberry banana smoothie was gross, I ordered no walnuts on my French toast ( they smothered it with nuts any way). I ordered a side of eggs (which I never received). The lady on the phone seemed unapologetic and asked me to called seams less for a refund for the eggs ($2.00 refund? Not THAT serious!)

Hit or miss - The nachos supreme are amazing, they have some great sandwiches, salads, etc...They have such a variety of choices which is nice. We usually order from them at least once a week. Delivery is pretty fast most of the time. Food can sometimes be hit or miss though. I was disappointed this time, however, when I ordered their buffalo wings. They were so overcooked and crunchy, it was hard to discern the difference between the edible part and the bones. As for the buffalo taste, I was expecting them to be covered with sauce, but they were just dry and crunchy, so maybe the breading was covered with sauce and it was absorbed? Not sure what happened, but between that, and only a tiny bit of blue cheese, I am rather disappointed with what was my go-to place for delivery.
