SouthWest NY

The new SouthWest NY is better on every level. Atmosphere, service and especially the quality of food! Even the plating is better (when dining in house).

This is the only review I have written since I started using Seamless years ago, this food was that bad. It seemed unfair not to share. I ordered from Southwest NY (like I always used to) and what showed up was the worst dinner I have had in a very long time. It was quite literally inedible. The Queso Fundido? Block of cheese in grease in a cup. It came with tortillas, how would i even make that work? It was not dip-able or spreadable. The chicken tortilla soup? Like rotten gumbo. The steak was disgusting and came with something that I think was supposed to be fingerling potatoes- its looks shredded and the same color of the chicken tortilla soup but smelled so bad I had to throw it away immediately. The roasted asparagus and the tortillas dipped in the little container of green salsa were good. Absolutely never again.

Loved their nachos. The chicken quesadilla was fantastic. The chicken tacos are HUGE and amazing. Quick delivery. Great take out packaging. Ill be back.

WHY SO EXPENSIVE?? The food is definitely good and it's super convenient but why is a Burger $16 for delivery? Give me a break! $7 for soup?? Boooooooo!

What happened is right... Shame. Used to be my fav. place to order from. Mini burgers do not compare at all to what they used to be. No reason to order from here anymore for me...sadly.

Kinda disappointed in them since they re-opened on South End. We used to order from them at least twice per week. Now, I doubt I'll try them again. My last two orders were just nasty. First: prices went up, size went down. Not cool. Yes, those of us that used to order from you noticed. Second: Quality. My husbands Mojo steak was mostly fat. Really nasty. The mini burgers came on the strangest buns, had the consistency of plastic. Spit out most of it.. So between the smaller portions (the skewers are overpriced for 3 small pieces of chicken or beef), and charging more- we're done. If I wasn't nostalgic for the old Southwest, you would have got one star. So say thanks for the two.

Absolutely perfect. Food was hot and delivered in half the indicated time. Perfectly prepared and just as described. Order at leat once per week.

I concur with the other review. Southwest used to be spectacular but then they changed the menu. Bring back the old menu!!!!! I loved Sandra's All Mixed Up Salad, Arizona Turkey Flatbread sandwich, Chorizo Quesadilla and the Lobster Club Sandwich. The current selection doesn't leave many options for dinner and is more that I would want to spend. I'll ordered from here today but will probably not do so in the future.
