ordered the pizza thinking it would have an indian flavor but it was pretty bland, it was basically boiled veggies on pizza dough

I wish i could give a zero on food, and minus 1000 starts on attitude and impoliteness. Ordered first time from Star India, and made very clear and reasonable requests. I ordered Chicken pakoras, and them to be crispy when they arrive. Instead, they arrived soggy in an almost wet paper bag, no foil or anything to keep it warm. I also ordered chicken saagwala and asked a spicy dish. The dish that arrived tasted like boiled spinach without even salt mixed with chicken, barely cooked and the only flavor i could feel was burning spicy. When i called the restaurant completely disappointed with the dish, they agreed to replace it for me and requested me to call seamless and let them know. While i was still on the phone with seamless, a different guy from the restaurant called to tell me that its not his problem if i dont like the dish. He cant keep sending his driver out. To top that when i asked him if i was supposed to startve now, he said well thats how the dish is made if you dont like it you starve. i asked him if he cared about customer satisfaction and his response was only if customers like the dishes. Arrogant and stupid man. I'd rather die than ever order from this restaurant again, or ever deal with their horrible staff.

I have no idea about the food quality... we have been waiting nearly 110 minutes for our order which was supposed to take a maximum of 60 minutes. Unacceptable. UPDATE: Got the food and it was mediocre at best. Not worth the hassle.

Sadly, this was an all-around disappointing order. Delivery took 85 minutes (estimated time: 45-60), and no one called to let us know that they were running late. The papadums arrived broken, the chicken tandoori we ordered was accidentally replaced with lamb, and chicken curry tasted...unusual. And all of the meat was tough. The naan and (broken) papadums were fine, and the saffron rice was inoffensive, but we both had about three bites and threw it all in the trash. Bummer.
