Food was ice cold. Delivery was 15 minutes late. And...I don't care how cold it is....you do not hang up on the customer when you are calling to be let in and can't find the name on the buzzer. Jackass.

quick delivery but Eggplant was SO salty I could barely eat a few bites and won't save the leftovers ;) Brown rice was good. Shumai didn't contain any shrimp and was mushy. Fried tofu was very thin but tasted ok, not great just ok. Chicken pad thai was flavorless and not memorable but more edible than the eggplant!

Fair at best. Delivery took the full time and the food was only warm not hot when we received it. The food also had minimal flavor and I didn't save any of it for left overs. Overall a very blah experience.

The lobster wontons are fabulous and they make some of the best Pad Thai I've ever had. And a big plus: The food arrives while it's still hot!

Pretty good. Not the best Thai food that I've had, but not the worst. The fried shrimp were amazing!! But definitely skip the gyoza. They were really greasy and not very flavorful. Everything else I had was so-so.

Unfortunately, the Chicken Pad Thai was the worst we've ever had- compared to others in Chicago, NYC, and elsewhere in the Midwest. The Pad See Eiw was a little bit better, but the delivery took 65 minutes and the noodles became overcooked and soggy. Most reviews are positive so we were quite disappointed, even for the expected quality of Thai takeout.

Ordered No. 26. Pla-Duck Pad Ped (friend cat fish) with brown rice Friday at 1:50 pm. At 2:50 pm nobody showed up at the door. Called the restaurant and restaurant said my order would show up any minute now. At 3 pm, still nothing. I called Seamless customer service, which was super friendly and helpful, and they called the restaurant for me. Again, I was told "your order's going to show up any minute." Its 3:20 pm, the guy finally showed up on foot, putting the blame on me and saying that my house's too far from the restaurant. Well, if you are too far from my house, then why would you give me the option of ordering a delivery? Further more, the restaurant located in 60611 is only 3 miles from my house located in 60614. Did the delivery guy walk three miles cuz I did not see a vehicle? Worst of all, food was cold and fishy. I would have second thoughts about ordering from this place again.

The food arrived fresh, hot and on time! The restaurant was also able to cater to my specific needs (reduced MSG, salt or sugar) for all the dishes ordered. I used a Groupon I recently purchased for $20 worth of SeamlessWeb delivery and applied it to this order. Everything worked out just fine. I have dined in this restaurant before and is the best Thai restaurant I have had in Chicago. I will dine in and order from this place again!
