Submarina

Ordered two sandwiches on a Tuesday night and it took over an hour for them to be delivered. When I called to check in on the status of the order the guy who answered the phone was terribly rude and kept shouting at me that it was going to take awhile because they had received four other orders and were "very busy". Would not recommend.

Best Italian sub in midtown Manhattan. But only 4 stars because they don't have their delivery act together. I have yet to receive one within their stated delivery time.

Don't bother. The Italian Sub came with basically two slices of each ingredient (on a 9" sandwich mind you), the bread was so thick you were basically just eating bread, the bag of chips was completely crushed, and i mean completely and the fountain soda didn't come with a straw. Strike one, strike two, strike three all in one fell swoop. Yer out.

Ordered a 12 inch turkey club wrap and a 12 inch atc wrap. Received two five inch long thin sandwiches made with about 5 bucks worth of ingredients I could have gotten at the grocery across the street. As well, the bread was stale. Delivery on a snowy Saturday took well over an hour (eight blocks). Very hard to communicate with. I question all the good reviews. Really. Looks like this Submarina is sinking.

When it comes to chain sandwich places, Submarina is the best! Everything tastes fresh and delicious! (Far better than Subway!) And the staff at the 56th Street location is super nice.

Sandwiches are alright. I was disappointed because the description of the veggie sub says it comes with avocado yet they did not send it with such. Good thing I had added a few extra toppings or else my sandwich would have been empty!
