Sushi Yasaka

Sushi yasaka is my go to! I order from here about once a week, their lunch special is a great value. Sushi fish is also extremely fresh and delicious! Delivery is fast! I love this restuarant!

I've been ordering from Sushi Yasaka for months (quite frequently), but the delivery experience has been deteriorating fast over the fast few weeks. Tonight was the worst -- rude delivery guy almost broke the buzzer from pressing the button for a long time and practically threw the bag at me when he came up the stairs. What's the point of tipping when the delivery guy ruins the experience? This place needs to hire new delivery guys and train them!

Fast delivery. Unfortunately the sushi was made with musky old fish that had a pale color and sour metallic taste. How does this place get 5 stars on Seamless? On the upside, I lived and learned. I'm adding this restaurant to the UWS black list.

Inspring chef selections are changing daily, great variety of fresh fish and seafood. Inventive, yet authentic, much better than an average neighborhood sushi place.

the sushi was not good at all. I had 3 roll combo and even the avocado roll was yucky. sorry. I wanted to like it so much! miso soup was nice. pork gyoza - delicious.

So far the best sushi I've had on the UWS the lunch specials are reasonably priced. I would give it 5 stars HOWEVER the last 3 times I ordered the sushi lunch special (for delivery) the quality of the food was POOR, it almost looked like it was someone else's left overs (YUCK!). It's unfortunate that I can no longer trust my sushi to be delivered from this place. I must say that in-dining experience is a complete 180, the waitresses are always pleasant and the food is ALWAYS fresh (i go at least once a week) so from now on I just have my sushi lunch at the restaurant.

Really terrible delivery. I have always enjoyed dining at the restaurant but the last 3 deliveries have been truly awful. The sushi was smelly and the yellowtail was changing color. The soup had spilled over and created a terrible mess. I will never order again from this place.

What a find! Fresh and fantastic sushi and sashimi, also had various cooked food and just as delicious! Prices are reasonable and delivery is prompt. I am so excited to have found this restaurant, i've been ordering several times a week since!

Incredibly fresh sushi - best on the Upper West Side in my opinion. Haven't really had the kitchen entrees. Delivery can sometimes be a bit slow, but worth the wait!
