Sushiya

Tuna was an odd orange / red color. Food was poorly prepared and was incredibly disappointing. I've ordered 6-7 times and the quality of food has significantly worsened. Highly recommend you find another restaurant to order from for your own health.

If a business doesn't agree with Seamless' policies, then they shouldn't be on Seamless! Sushiya skims on items ordered on the site compared to what you are given if you call the restaurant. For example, you don't get soup and/or salad with the sushi bar items that you'd get if you call directly. BEWARE.

Sushi is very thin (can see through) and they don't add soup or salad .Unlike when you order at the restaurant. It is fresh though.

This is definitely the best location for sushi or Japanese food in the vicinity. I work near Rockefeller Center and have tried a ton of options -- some far more expensive. I've actually had to throw out orders from other places because the fish did not smell right to me. Sushiya has been the only place where I can expect the food to be reliably fresh and the staff to be friendly. When I put in a lunch order, I can always expect it to be ready when I arrive to pick it up. Most of the rolls are no-frills, but everything is delicious. I also recommend the Chicken Teriyaki, sashimi, Misu soup and Tempura dishes.

Consistently good. Not the best sushi I've had but for late night sushi at the office it gets the job done.

Just incredibly disappointing, particularly for the price (high). The sushi didn't seem fresh at all, and as someone who has been eating at Sushiya when I work late for years, they seem to have lost their touch.

Very good food but they slightly mixed up order, giving us a miso black cod instead of a soy yuzu. Still we enjoyed.

I ordered Sushi Deluxe, which comes with a choice of tuna or California roll, and miso soup. They got my choice wrong (Cal. instead of tuna) and forgot the soup, so they messed up most of the order.

i order from this place regularly and was glad to see them on seamlessweb, however my first order through seamlessweb was a dusappointment. The sashimi was not fresh, I had to throw more than half of my sassimi deluxe away since I didn't want to take the chance of getting food poisoning, such a waste of money. Maybe it was because I ordered late but still they should not be selling raw fish that has turned. I was truely disappointed and may never order from them after this experience.
