Had soup on our order but they didn't bring it. Blamed it on Seamless. Offered to charge us to bring it. Our food is cold now. No soup for us. Lame.

Ordered a meal and they only sent half of it and food was not as described on menu. Meal came with hashbrowns and they sent extra eggs instead. Claimed to have chicken apple sausage, but really was just small regular sausage. Also ordered a bagel and it was essentially a hamburger bun. Ordered fruit, they didn't send that either. We've ordered from them before and they often forget to send parts of orders.

Delivery time listed 30-45min and arrived 60min. Don't bother listing anything in the special requests because they ignore that section. Thanks for a late and ruined meal Sutter Pub. Ordering online should provide you with a CLEAR request and you can't pull that off. What a joke.
