90 min and counting on a Tuesday night. It better be delivered on Thai elephants to make up for it. I called and didn't even get an explanation.

Thai Elephant is my go-to Thai place in the area and currently is 3/4 of all my seamless web orders. In general I like their noodle, curry and rice dishes better than the entrees. Favorites are the pad kee mao, spring rolls, tom kha gai soup and pineapple fried rice. Oh and the awesome curry puffs. I was unimpressed with the steamed dumplings and the chicken spices entree. Also for some reason the pad thai just does not deliver well. I keep trying and every time I get a sticky, crumbly, semi-dry mess. All of the other noodle dishes are great, so go with one of those instead.

Thai Elephant is one of my favorite restaurants in the neighborhood. The fried tofu appetizer is delicious, I especially like the chili sauce that comes with it. It is sweet but with a little kick (I don't like spicy food, so what is a little kick to me may not be any kick at all to someone who likes more spice). The pad thai is great, I really like it with the tofu. Delivery is always quick and the people who work there are nice.

They went above and beyond to bring the order quickly, the food is OUTSTANDING!!!! (coming from a former Hell's Kitchen resident with 10+ Thai places, these guys are definitely among the best) Can't wait to order from them again! Thank you, Thai Elephant!!

The penang curry is delicious and I crave it quite often. We're also big fans of the curry puffs and pad see ew. The tom yum soup has the right amount of heat to ward off the cold weather. Thai Elephant is a reliable delivery option for tasty Thai food.

Good, basic Thai food. The portion sizes are ok, the delivery time is usually quick. The Chili Basil (with chicken!) is always pleasing, but sometimes it can be a little less flavorful than I'd like. The coconut rice is like a dessert (ok, it might actually be) and I always enjoy eating it from the Thai Elephant.

I'd normally give Thai Elephant 5 Stars; it's been our favorite Thai restaurant for months......but today (a Tuesday night after 8:30pm) they took over an hour and 15 minutes to get our order to us. ONE HOUR & 15 MINUTES!!!!!!! And they gave us nothing more than a lame "sorry". Thai Elephant we love your food but your customer service SUCKS!!!!!

The food here is consistently delicious when fresh. An hour after ordering it, however, it's cold and unpalatable, and that's unfortunately how it usually arrives when getting anything from Thai Elephant delivered. We've been ordering dinner from here for a very long time, but we're seriously considering getting a new regular Thai place if the service continues its long, downward spiral.

My delivery on a Sunday night came right at the hour mark, so it was within their delivery times...no complaints there. Look, this is pretty average Thai fare...not the best, not the worst. I ordered the pad Thai which was decent, the Tom kha which was flavorful and had plenty chicken and mushrooms (though it was a tad salty for my tastes), and the mango sticky rice which I wouldn't recommend - the mangos weren't ripe, and some of the rice was undercooked and crunchy (maybe that's what they were going for, but I've never appreciated crunchy rice). Overall a decent experience and I would order here again if I have a Thai food craving (though I may see if there are other options available first).

The Pad Thai is great. I got the chicken and my girlfriend got the tofu. I thought the tofu was kind of flavorless, but she loved it. There sticky rice is on point, but the highlight of the meal were the curry puffs. They lasted about a minute before disappearing down our gullet holes. The fried tofu was pretty standard, and the thai ice coffee's were pretty dope, I'd say (but next time I'll stick to the thai ice tea.) My only real complaint is that the food could have been hotter. Maybe you guys can get better insulated delivery equipment for your delivery guys? Over all I'll be ordering from here again. Probably next week.

This was the worst thai experience I have had in a while. All of the food was cold (and chicken satay was undercooked on the inside!) The spicing in the tom yum soup was off. The pad thai came with a lemon instead of lime and seemed closer to Chinese food than any thai food I have ever seen or tasted.

Their pad thai is among the best I've ever tried. The owners and everyone who works there are extremely friendly. The ingredients are also always fresh. I definitely suggest making this your go-to Thai place!
