I waited 2.5 hours for my delivery. Was told several times it was on its way and strangely it never showed up. I can't speak to the actual quality of the food, but the delivery service needs some work.

I ordered from here because it was the cheapest lunch option in my area and was pleasantly surprised. The garlic naan was the perfect texture and the chana saag was plentiful. Even the person who delivered my food was nice. This is my new top choice for ordering indian food in the east village and I rarely leave positive reviews.

Food is alright, but the last few times I ordered the Aloo Gobi it was slightly undercooked. Food portions are too small for the price.

disgusting! the food is not even food truck quality. we ordered lamb that looks like hotdogs and the chicken is all nasty dark meat. they barely give any sauces no bread no forks knives or napkins and not to mention the price is way too high for what crap is delivered to you.

Always delicious and fast delivery. Rarely have I found a delivery option that is consistently excellent. This Indian is very fresh with complex flavors. 2 entrees can easily be shared between 2 people and you'll have leftovers. Recommend: Bangan Bharta, Aloo Gobi, Aloo Masala Roll, Butter Naan

Best Indian food in the area! Lovely staff. Consistently great. We order from here at least once/week for delivery. They make a special Chana Saag for my Vegan husband every time and are very gracious about it. The bread that comes with the Chole Bature is not to be missed! Great samosas. Overall, I've always found them to be very courteous and prompt with delivery. We've also eaten there three or four times and the staff is super friendly and great with our kids. Thumbs UP!

Totally underwhelmed and very disappointing based on earlier reviews. Food was mediocre at best, arrived lukewarm, and was missing the order of papadum. Follow up call was a hopeless cause, despite having just delivered they took my info again and apparently wrote it down wrong and a new delivery guy took an hour to find, ultimately delivering a bag of crushed and cold crumbs of papadum. Meanwhile what was delivered originally was little better. The chicken vindaloo was most tasteless I've ever ordered - chicken was tough and dry, sauce tasted a bit like generic fast-food chicken wing sauce and but for a lone potato nothing else in the mix. Non-veg sampler app platter similarly with tough overcooked and cold chicken, while veggie sampler nothing special either. Looking at older reviews now I would concur, bland is a word previously used, and frankly is a compliment, I would suggest barely edible. Would definitely not recommend. High priced and overrated.

Normal time says 30-45mins. I called after an hour and I heard the person on the phone talk to a delivery person. Need to work on sticking to promised time.

We placed an order for Chicken Saag - I made a mistake and just ordered Saag by mistake. We got the food quickly and upon noticing I called the restaurant. I explained to the manager what happened and said I would pay the difference if I could get Chicken Saag delivered. He was amazing and said we will just send you the Chicken Saag. I did not eat any of the Saag and repackaged it to give to the delivery person so that they would not think I was trying to scam them or anything. The delivery person showed up quickly with our Chicken Saag - I went to give him back the original order and he said - please do not worry it is yours. I also went to tip him because of the extra tip and he said no no you don't have to tip again. AMAZING and I forced the additional tip on him. Amazing customer service will get a repeat customer and the food was really really good as well!!!
