I don't know why I keep giving V-Spot a chance! Every time I've ordered from this restaurant 1 of 4 things happens: the food arrives 2hrs later, an item that I paid for is missing, they've completed substituted a dish without asking me because they had run out of what I had ordered (happened twice!), a partial dish was delivered (ie, 1/2cup of curried kale when I know that at the restaurant this comes in a full bowl - I actually walked down the the restaurant with the kale, showed it to the waiter and he laughed and said, "yeah, no, there should be a lot more."). So, we're through V-Spot! This restaurant is very poorly managed.

If I could rate V-Spot with one star, I would. Nothing edible comes out of this restaurant (except possibly the desserts, which are made elsewhere). I'm honestly amazed it's still open. Beware that, if you complain about any of the food, they will refuse to give you a refund.

The V-Spot has helped my transition to adopting a Vegan diet so much easier. I particularly recommend the nacho, empanada, jerk wrap and the peanut butter bomb is to die for!

I really love the V-Spot for yummy vegan food that's definitely carnivore-friendly and will continue ordering from them, but I do have a couple of gripes. (1) Delivery is SLOW. I usually end up waiting an hour, sometimes more. (2) Food quality, while generally good, can be a bit spotty. In the last order I received the empanadas weren't hot, the kale tostadas seemed to have cooled & sat around in a closed container to the point that they started getting rubbery and the sweet potato fries had also gone very soggy and limp. Also, the peanut butter mousse cake looked like it had been dropped—it was all smashed and the frosting had leaked out into the rest of the bag (it was still completely delicious though). This was the worst offense—most deliveries have been much better—but be aware that with that long delivery wait comes the risk of not-hot food. (3) Some portions are smaller than I'd imagine for what you pay. I love the side of kale, but the amount you get for $5 is pretty tiny—it can't be more than a few kale leaves. I do keep ordering it because it's good and I'm too lazy to make it myself, but just a heads up. I've noticed you get a bit more with the curry kale & chickpeas than with just the plain garlic kale. Even with those problems, though, I give the V-Spot four stars. Everything I've ordered has been delicious and my life was not complete before their Peanut Butter Mousse Cake . . . that stuff is insanely good.

I always look forward to ordering from the V-Spot. The chicken nuggets are delicious. The empanadas are fabulous. I love the salsa and guacamole they provide as dipping sauces. The Death by Chocolate cake is wonderful to satisfy a sweet tooth. I cannot believe that it is vegan!

I love The V-Spot; seriously, I do. The food is great and they have a pretty extensive menu which is hard to find when it comes to vegan food. The food is a bit pricy, yeah, but I just can't help myself when it comes to ordering from here. My staples are the chicken nuggets and the chicken-filled empanadas; I've yet to try the beef empanadas, so I can't vouch for them. Other tasty items include the rice and peas, rice and black beans, whole wheat lasagna and the garlic bread; both bread choices are delicious, by the way. Their Nachos are also tasty, but the two times I've ordered them I noticed that they lacked the soy ground beef they're supposed to have on them according to their menu description. If you want to wash down your tasty vegan fare with an equally yummy vegan dessert, I'd highly recommend the Peanut Butter Mousse cake; you won't regret it, I promise.

I love V-Spot in person, but they're awful for delivery. Food took over an hour and arrived cold. Juice spilled everywhere and arrived warm. GROSS.

The V-Spot promotes itself for its vegan Latin cuisine, and I highly recommend their empanadas, but they are also a great choice for non-Latin vegan food. Check out the brunch, offered on weekends until 4PM!

The food here is good. But the service is the absolute worst! I live around the corner from the restaurant and delivery always takes about 90 minutes and the food is always cold. I finally switched to pick up and they forgot to put in my order after I got a time confirmation. They never seem sorry about the terrible business they are running. Shame on me for continuing to get food here, there just are not a lot of vegan options in the neighborhood.

The delivery took over 1.5 hours and the food leaked out of the container and into the bag. Would not recommend.

The food was very good but unfortunately it arrived cold and the order was wrong (they sent the hero instead of the entree). Won't be ordering delivery from here again :(

Now I understand why the delivery takes so long. Wish I would have read the reviews. been waiting 1 1/2 hours for a salad. I feel dumb for not getting off my ass to get the food myself. Please don't get delivery from this place. I would rate the food, but I'm not eating it. HA!

I am just baffled. Delivery and customer service = HORRENDOUS!! I ordered food at 8:45pm. I called at 9:30 to make sure it was on it's way, and I was assured it was. I called again at 10pm, and she woman said "It will be there any minute." At 10:30pm it STILL wasn't here, at which point I was told she was "confused as to what happened" and it was NEVER SENT OUT!!!! Even though I paid, she told me I could call seamless, as the kitchen was closed, and she had no other solution. So, here I am, 2 hours later, hungry and furious. I will no longer be eating at the restaurant, or getting take-out.

Liked the Avocado club a lot more before they remodeled, but it was still pretty good. Usually the fries are not as overdone and hard, must've been a batch no one was keeping an eye on. No napkins. Napkins were necessary. No ketchup, ketchup was requested. Also necessary to soften up those cardboard fries. Juice was poorly mixed. It was clear the people that put the order together did not care about quality, across the board. Probably won't order from here again and would not recommend.
